  • Pros

  • The user interface is great! Chatra is very intuitive and easy for anyone to use.

  • Super easy to use. I adopted Chatra for quite some times now. It's super easy to use, the free version can be useful for every new startup or website.

  • Cons

  • t does have limited functionality which can be a downside, but overall I like this better than Drift.

  • i wish all of the features were free but of course that is unrealistic and certainly the developers of this great product deserve to be compensated for their hard work!

  • Pros

  • My company uses this service and it's done fine by us for years. It gets the job done, with only the occasional hiccup. I'm also enjoying the new beta view, which is a cleaner and prettier look.

  • Fairly easy to use and very trackable for our team.

  • Cons

  • We had a brief issue with the SalesForce integration but it was resolved via some persistant chat agents on the SnapEngage end.

  • Sometimes, it'll glitch out and you can't get rid of of certain chats without closing and reopening the software, but that's the only gripe I have!
