Sometimes the chat can lag and it may make you appear unprofessional if your customer doesn't realize that the lag is not on your end, but the software itself.

I had issues with my login and connections to shopify and somehow had two accounts setup. If you run multiple stores it can be confusing as it auto logs in.

The messages seem to be haphazardly sorted into 'queue' and 'missed', which make it confusing for me to check.

This software looks great and it is very easy to use. Their mobile app is also very nice and can completely replace web version - all functionalities are accessible through mobile app.

But that experience has been excellent. Their support team is responsive - I am in a different time zone but I would wake to find all my requests answered effectively, all of the time.

I like that Chatra has a clean interface and it looks professional on your site. It doesn't look out of place, depending on your design.

Although inexpensive, their product is certainly not cheap. They provide an easy to use telephony platform that always delivers exceptional call quality.

I also hate that whenever I receive another chat the one I was on becomes stuck and It  almost switches to the new one.

Through configurable tables, we can create the perfect set up immediately and directly. The best part however, is that Ujet offers services designed to wow  customers while saving money.

Sometimes it can be a little wonky or do some weird things. For example, there have been a couple of times where I will be in one UJET status, such as available, and it will move me to unavailable.

Can be inconvenient if user is replying to something from the previous shift on another tab and receives a missed call as a result. Lack of consistency in countdown when receiving a call.

I am not dealing with issues everyday I log on, so I still believe that UJET is amazing and will be even better when the glitches are fixed.
