Excellent Value
It has a very clean interface, is intuitive, and it's easy to set up. The support team has also been great to work with.
CONSIt would be great to see more customization options in the future for the chat integrations.

Very good live chat but sadly not the best, need some few improvements
ChatSupport is really good they live chat support is perfect, they just don't like to waste your time and they have a promise Feature if they going to add some few Features like as i said Apps, it's really really important
PROSit's Free, the UI is very good and i like how it fits with my website
CONSWhat i hate about chatSupport is there no Apps there no Windows,Linux, and Mac Application where i can handle my clients and this really bad i have talked to them from 5 months asking when they will publish the app they told me very soon, i don't know when it will be, but this only Cons here.
