In particular the new modern UI has been great.

Slight delay in sending a message in chat - not sure if it went and then seconds later the response will pop up.

There are definitely excellent tools in the market for chat support but for us Comm100 worked the best. We have expanded it to our intranet, agents and customers for communication.

There is a lack of themes and customization. It doesnt 't include templates for some rare cases which makes it less flexible in problem-solving.

Pros: easy to use like the canned messages. Also like that it is mobile friendly.

People love the personal aspect that they are talking to someone real not a computer. It's also very nice to be able to have multiple operators.

When there are problems it can be a bit of a blackbox. No real troubleshooting tools.

I can track visitors in real time and talk to them proactively. It integrates with Comm100 Ticket, great feature.

Ease of  setup and customization was great in getting everything going.

Comm100 has excellent features, a good range of tools and is well-priced compared to some competitors. It's not as cheap as some alternatives but you really do get what pay for with Comm100.

Inserting template messages is easy and useful. Comm100 tracks the visitor behavior and this enables us to act quicker on queries.

Maybe a notification or summary. Had to figure out what went wrong and found out you guys changed your IP.

The inability to send messages as a supervisor in a chat being handled by another agent. Sending them directly to the agent means they are often missed.

Excellent Reporting - Reporting mechanism is very robust, with a click you can see complete report.

It did not alert us that we had unread emails.

This chat platform is fantastic because they have a TON of features and can be integrated directly into your website. There is a free option as well as paid versions.

One of my websites doesn't have too many visitors so using Pure Chat to answer any questions is perfect. Also, it's great to use the mobile app so I can answer questions anywhere.
