It's ease of use is industry leading and for such a young company a start like this is good news.

The UI is often buggy and confusing to use, and the customization features are severely lacking.

Don't buy life time deal. Hopeless customer service.

First I was so impressed, how easily I installed it and got it working. Then I was impressed by the functionality offered by the free version, which actually completely covered my initial needs.

I really liked the simplicity with which you can create funnel of email marketing and start earning money soon.

The live chat works like a charm and the email automation module is quite easy to get on with.

And even more I'm impressed how stable this addon is. It just does what I need it to do, and hasn't ever needed my special attention to keep it working.

I liked the chat it's so easy. I mean in 10 minutes you can have it on your site.

When I would go to google chrome to login it would consistently mess up and refresh every 5 seconds. Mozilla worked and it seems as this never got fixed.

I love all the integrations and the fact that you can setup a knowledgebase along with a livechat for all visitor enquiries. Long gone are the days where I'd have to use multiple softwares.

There are no significant issues, only a few features missing that we used in previous software.

Strangely this was never specifically setup nor could we find any settings that would do this. We have been trying to contact support for a couple of days now but no one answers.

Adding as a powerful UX makes it more useful than any other solution.

My favourite feature, concerning customer support, is that you can easily have the recap about the customer you are dealing with like contacts, what he did in the past, licences bought etc.

Used this at one of my old jobs and it was so easy to use and amazing for functionality.

I like how easy anyone can be trained to use this, making sure clients are taken care of is a huge priority so this is a wonderful platform for that.

Good for ticketing systems and really hums when it's automated. Fairly widely used in the industry so there's a lot of good forums and support on it.

If you use all Zendesk Suite, Chat it's a great add-on, and it's cost per agent it is fair enough when compared to all the metrics you can gather.

ZenDesk is cost effective and easy to implement. The macros features are powerful, and allow for a lot of ease of use in the system.

We never had support on issues, lost clients, lost statistics, etc. But when payment is due, then they sent many emails.

Their Email Platform Connect is the worst on the market.

Big array of features which can help companies in different situations. Useful feature of having different languages in the system, which helps a lot with international clients.

Over my experience was nice. Customer service was responsive and the product is well on its way to be the best in the market.

It's a great tool for Customer Care and the conexion with Facebook and Twitter allows for a complete ownership of the customer care attention.
