Near perfect combination of CRM and Email marketing tools

An interesting and good solution for our needs. The user interface is clear and easy to understand and use. workflow is easy to understand and follow.

PROS

It's much simpler when You have a good defined and flexible CRM with an Email marketing tool as one service. CRM is especially good and informative, designed mostly for returning clients.

CONS

Email builder should be better. The campaign dashboard is good but can be improved. Technical support is too pushy and offers things and options that are not needed.

Moosend has several good options but they started to make some changes and increase prices.

So far so good! And a great HubSpot alternative.

Very good.

PROS

It's easy to use and the design is fairly clean and simple.

CONS

I can't figure out how to get emails automatically displaying on our deals, only our contacts.

Reasons for switching to EngageBay

We needed features from their top-tier plans, but HubSpot insist on having annual contracts. EngageBay will let you be on the top tier on a monthly basis.

A Comprehensive and Easy-to-Use CRM Platform

Overall, EngageBay is a great CRM platform that offers a range of features to help businesses manage their customer relationships. It is easy to use and has an intuitive interface. Additionally, it offers a range of pricing plans to suit different business needs.

PROS

My favorite feature of EngageBay is the marketing automation tools. This makes it easier to send out automated emails, track customer interactions, and create personalized campaigns. It also makes it easier to segment customers and leads, as well as score leads based on their behavior.

CONS

My least favorite thing about EngageBay is the lack of customization options. It can be difficult to customize the look and feel of the platform to match the branding of a business. Additionally, the reporting features are limited.

Reasons for switching to EngageBay

Yes, I did switch from another CRM platform to EngageBay. I found that EngageBay offered more features, such as marketing automation and lead scoring, and the interface was more intuitive and easier to use.

Superb CRM and Emailer System

Very intuitive product, easy to use, easy to customise / personalise

PROS

The flexibility with which emails and the CRM system itself can be customised

CONS

There is nothing I do not like about this system

Agile sent out a mailer in error twenty times to our database as the email got stuck in a loop in their system, as a result of an error in their coding which they could not confirm had later been put right.

Great all in one CRM

I get to run my sales, marketing and support within one platform! Love the support from the support team. [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic in helping me set up my account in real time.

The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing sale

Overall, I've had a great experience using EngageBay. The platform's range of features, including lead and contact management, sales forecasting, email, and messaging tools, have significantly streamlined our sales process and improved our ability to connect with and serve our customers.

PROS

The platform is user-friendly and offers excellent customer service, including the ability to quickly implement new features on request. The all-in-one solution and affordable pricing make it a great choice for startups and small businesses.

CONS

However, I do wish the platform offered more space for lists without having to upgrade to a higher plan. Also, the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged in at least once a week seems a bit strict. I understand the need for some level of activity, but once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable.

Great feature set without a huge price tag

Keeping track of customer interactions and a big task list is my main requirement. Emailing newsletters and updates to customers is another important requirement. Engagebay does this well. I have only needed to contact customer service on one occasion, and my enquiry was handled very promptly and professionally. I cannot fault their customer service.

PROS

Primarily use Engagebay for keeping track of contacts, reminders, email follow-ups and sending newsletters. It is easy to use and has plenty of features. The screens are well-designed and not cluttered. It is easy to use, and you don't need to be a genius to setup automations if you want to use them.

CONS

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the system. My needs are simple, but I can see that Engagebay can do a lot more than I am using it for.

Feature-rich without breaking the bank

We love EngageBay and highly recommend it to our clients who want/need a full featured platform that will work across multiple departments, automate regular tasks, and that don't want to pay the high-price and add-on that you have to with many other tools. EngageBay's support team is AMAZING!! Anytime I have a question about something, they are quick to respond, very helpful and knowlegable, just a breath of fresh air to know that I can get a hold of someone when we have issues (which isn't that often, but when we do they are there!).

PROS

It is amazing to me how feature-rich the platform is at the cost. More features and functionality than some of the 'big guys' for a fraction of the cost. It is easy to use and train clients on the system, so that is ALWAYS a huge plus for us.

CONS

Learning curve at first just to understand how it works differently from other systems, but that is not necessarily a con of EngageBay because that is the same for every new platform as each has their own little intricacies.

EngageBay is feature-rich, budget-friendly, easy of use and easy to train clients on.

Reasons for switching to EngageBay

We used many different systems before EngageBay (HubSpot, Zoho, Camapign Monitor, and more). I was tired of overly complicated (and for some, so basic you couldn't do much with them) systems and high-prices or constant "you must upgrade to use this feature" messages - it was ridiculous!

Great Value and Service

PROS

It's developer-friendly - important when you want to customise something like a contact form or email. It's very easy to navigate and figure out. Support is great - very fast and helpful. It does so much for such a reasonable cost compared to competitors. Very stable and reliable.

CONS

Some features are a little rough around the edges - reporting, for example. It would be great to see their reporting capabilities improved. At the moment I rely on exporting raw csv data and transforming that data before I can report on it.

Price, but also the initial experience of using their free account - which has a lot of features.

Reasons for switching to EngageBay

It did far more than Mailchimp for a similar price.
