Fantastic tool for Whatsapp Business integrations

my get.chat experience has been by far been wonderful. The product has given me a flawless experience by allowing me to seamlessly integrate WhatsApp Business account with other products and also allows me to use the same WhatsApp Business account with my colleagues simultaneously across multiple devices to ensure faster delivery of customer care services to our customers.

PROS

It allows me to send bulk WhatsApp messages which is very useful especially when sending messages to leads and customers. The system interface is intuitive and user-friendly and the dashboard is well organized making it an easy to use product for anyone without necessarily having any technical skills. With get.chat, me and my colleagues can access the same WhatsApp Business account from multiple devices simultaneously. It has an open API and plugins that allows integration of Whatsapp Business account with other products like Google Sheets. This is useful since it makes it easy to share files created in the Google Sheets directly to involved parties through WhatsApp Business. It also allow integration of Whatsapp Business account with Google Drive and thus it is easy to share files stored in the Drive directly through WhatsApp Business.

CONS

I dislike nothing about this product. The entire system of get.cht is simple to understand and the interface is very user-friendly.

Overall experience what i feel is good. Need some more changes in the application

PROS

get chat is a chatting platform. where we chat with our closed one. We can create a group and have fun sharing the stickers, emojis'...and lots more. Its a startup app which will compete against WhatsApp. Overall the usage is good.

CONS

It is a competitor of whatsapp. Still needs to improve in the appearance, somemore new feactures need to be added..

a user friendly chatbot

having the free plan and the mobile app, a must try tool and the easiest to use in all the available chatbots.

PROS

getchat has a free plan, this plan is a great asset as the user can familiarize with how the tool works before making a decision of subscribing to the payment plan. also the mobile app of the tool has great compatibility wit many gadgets making the accessibility awesome.

CONS

getchat comes with a lot of great features although some hitches on the free plan, the plan only got the basic features which do not give enough insights of the tool before actual purchase of the tool.

Get.chat - A Feature-Rich and Effective Document Management Solution

The Document Storage function on get.chat worked really well for me. It was scalable, safe, and simple to use. Get.chat's wide range of app connectors with other well-known programs is another feature I appreciated. In conclusion, I believe that get.chat is a fantastic solution for companies who need to save and distribute information conveniently and securely.

PROS

The get.chat feature's Document Storage was my favorite since it is simple to use, safe, scalable, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the breadth of integrations it provides with other well-known programs. For enterprises who need to save and distribute documents easily and securely, I believe get.chat is a fantastic alternative.

CONS

I really like get.chat overall, but the fact that documents can only be 100 MB in size when uploaded has to be changed. Some firms that need to keep substantial documents, including product manuals or marketing materials, may find this to be too small.

Easy to Use and Collaborative

PROS

Most impactful feature is how it connects with Google, and JIRA. The customer support team are robust and always willing to give you a hand incase you are stuck. It's a lightweight software and also very easy to use and at the same time flexible to business needs.

CONS

If they would add calendar and meeting to the tool, it would be awesome.

get.chat :Excellent chat software for everyday communication.

PROS

get.chat is the best chat platform I have ever used,I will start with the user interface it is very simple,friendly and fast.Easy access using the Gmail account or dowload on web and aldo tge mobile application works perfectly too.Creating a join link is quick and instant and on the side of participant is just clicking the shared link .Has an ability of using the meeting recording features as well as screensharing.

CONS

Overall the software is innovative but should upgrade more on customization because it is abit tricky though manageable.

Teamwork, consultation and collaboration is much easier, cheap and effective with the software.

PROS

It enables businesses to leverage the use of their business WhatsApp accounts easily and efficiently. The ability of access to a shared WhatsApp team inbox by multiple devices is such a useful feature. Makes teamwork and consultation much easier through instant messaging and chatting.

get.chat ability to host a number of agents on one number to handle queries makes it an exceptional tool. a great tool which i highly recommend.

PROS

get.chat comes with a variety of great features that enhances it's working, few of them are; get.chat comes with a clean and user friendly interface making it easy to handle, also the tool integrates well with tools such as HubSpot which improves the efficiency. there's real time interaction with getchat as there is texting messaging hence a client with a query is helped in the fastest way possible.

CONS

get.chat has a great value for it's price although this might be too deep for a small or an upcoming business, also for first time users, grasping all the features and customizing the tool might be a challenge and requires time .

By using Get.Chat, we can efficiently communicate with our customers and resolve their problems as soon as possible. Overall we are delighted with their services.

PROS

We use Get.Chat for a chat feature on our website to generate sales and interact with customers. The software is easy to use and provides a quick response. Additionally, we can also integrate Get.Chat with some other software.

CONS

We really like it, but they should add more user seats to the monthly plan. Due to limited user seats, we cannot respond to a large number of queries at once. However, We are very happy with this software, it's the perfect fit for our needs.
