GPT-trainer is a relatively small business, making them very reachable and in touch with their users. Cons: So far, there is no support for video. I would really like to see automatic transcription. API documentation could be a little more extensive, but it is by no means unusable. Generally, some minor features are still missing, but development is very active, and features are added often. Only able to add 4 collaborators, where there really should be no limit. Price tiers and what is included are not intuitive to understand for new users or potential customers.
