  • Pros

  • Hello24 have Good Work flow and automation Al. campaign approval process is also smooth and its charges are also reasonable.
  • It offers robust features and excellent customer support, making it a top choice for efficient communication with customers.
  • Cons

  • Doesn't work well with Safari browser. We tried & were told to use Google chrome.
  • UI - their platform UI for business is based on the new technology (I was told Google Flutter?) which could sometimes create problems in Safari; With Google Chrome, the platform is seamless.

  • The upcoming integration with bots along with rich messaging capabilities provide for a rick communication experience which our customers love.
  • Integrates and plays well. Easy for operators to use.
  • Cons

  • For as long as I have used it the only negative thing to it that I have been able to observe is that it does not collect customer's name in a way that it can label the chat with it.
  • Terrible customer service - we were charged for months after closing the account.
