  • Pros

  • I LOVE that I am able to go back and listen to interviews. Our clients love that they can listen to snippets of the interview and get an idea of candidate communication skills.
  • Even just the call scheduling feature is fantastic, but being able to record bits of audio is an amazing and helpful tool -- we've been able to quickly consider talent for a variety of roles this way.
  • Cons

  • There are some functional issues. There's a lag in calls and the system can get to be a little glitchy at times.
  • But not THAT long with Honeit. I really can't think of anything I don't like.

  • Very good CRM tool that helps visually track and display the growth of leads and opportunities in a company.
  • Pipedrive's free plan is great, you can get a good idea of whether the product is for you without actually spending a penny.
  • Cons

  • The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.
  • There is no key information once Pipedrive is down of who you can contact for support. I don't like the Lead section it really just sits there quite useless to us.
