Comparing any other current tools like freshdesk,everest. Etc, this is the best and cost effective tool.

The utter lack of respect I was given as a long time customer was frustrating. I asked to get out of contract in the middle of a year long term for a partial refund.

The user interface looks just plain bad. Chat and knowledge base tools are also mediocre.

It requires a lot of time and effort for setting up. Kayako integration and API's are limited.

Also, Kayako shows in real-time who is looking at a ticket, thus it made it easy for Customer Service as we could see if someone was already working on that ticket.

The tracking ability is fantastic. You will always be able to refer to a ticket and who the last agent was who handles it.

I wished that there was a sounds when you received incoming messages or chats. It was hard to keep up with who was chatting if you had another window open.

The customer support is horrible. You cannot contact them directly.

Everything was organized by departments and everyone could see his or her own tickets. I think it is a cool tool for supporting purposes.

Industry selection is missing Enterprise software or similar.

The search is not working and no results even if it should be. While replying - no possibility to see notes.

It been an exciting  experience and has improve customer engagement tremendously.

It's easy to see that Kayako has put the focus to the customers. It's really easy to track your customers route to you and help them with all the background information.

There were few reporting tools and there was no way to set follow-up tasks.

I like the excellent support, UI, extensibility, and ability to install locally.

I really liked the two-way outlook integration and the conversational feel of the tickets. Everything was very easy to configure.

Sometimes it makes me confused because knowing which setting is in admin panel and which one is in staff(Agent) panel sometimes is difficult.

Expensive for small companies, and sometimes buggy, but a great customer experience.

Layout is nice, many  great features, customize-able, good price, very easy to use, very easy to set up and implement.

This should not be required since we pay for the product and it can be embarrassing when we're trying to send professional emails, so we opt out and use Outlook for those.

That is totally ridiculous in this day and age. I should not have to have a manager with programming that experience in order to provide daily reports.

There are features that are confusing to a beginning user.

Colleagues don't like, especially after using other programs, search is too slow or not working.

There wasn't any integration withour Scrum and Agile software tools (and it didn't have the functionality on its own) so it made it double work to move a Trouble Ticket to a Task.

WAS a great company and choice, but now just garbage towards the right information that customers need compared to worrying about money.

Great, super versatile software. Customer support is friendly and efficient - really impressed with how thorough they are at resolving questions, and open to suggestions.

Great user experience, they are always improving the software. Unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.

On a rare occasion, customers have reported that they were unable to open links sent through podium. It is my belief that this was likely user error on their end as I have not experienced this issue.

When I asked to stop the service, they did not cooperate and stock to their 3 months required notification to stop the service.

So far my favorite thing about Podium is how accessible the Customer Support team is. They have answered all my questions so for.

The review integration with facebook and google is excellent. We are able to send review invitations via text and respond to them within the app.

My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned.

It has opened more opportunities for us to gain clientele.

They have been super responsive innovative and helpful. We have added over 3k+ reviews and respond to reviews in a matter of minutes.

The staff is great and very responsive. Really like the interface and ease of use of the system.

It's great that we can gain new leads through the software and that our customers receive an auto-reply, even when we are not in the office.

The cost is inexpensive and it really does help get reviews.

Very simple and intuitive the amount of useful links is nice to have.

Some customers complain about leaving a Google review because they don't remember their Google login.

And trying to cancel is almost impossible. There's no means on their website to cancel the service.

All you remember was the final service and it is horrible.

Incredibly User Friendly, Helps keep contact while being professional, Easy Up-to-date version of communicating with clients.

I would like the presentation email to the client to be more professional and legitimate looking. Some of my clients have mistaken it for spam.

The ease of sending and receiving information to and from our customer base has been a great tool for me.

I love the ability to customize templates so that we can reach out to and respond to customers in a personalized, however unified voice, no matter who in the office is responding.

They have amazing customer service and training sessions for businesses starting out, great customization and options for all types, and helpful with seeing the progress from the client's view.

Their team handled the whole integration for us and now it is fully automated and harvesting reviews at a record pace. Fantastic support and dedicated account rep.

I like most about it it is user friendly and the clients like it also to communicate with us instead of using the phone or leaving messages.

Numerous but the main attraction is that it keeps the writers writing and someone else doing the matching. Great product for the money.

I like the ease of reaching and communicating with customers. It is very user friendly.

It helps keep reviews in one place and track. They also have the greatest customer service and are incredibly helpful.

Our guests seem happy with having this option. It's easy to use and makes responding to inquiries much quicker.

Customer rep was very helpful in explaining the Podium software.

Mostly worked well and had pretty good interface with website for chat as well.

The ability to send money requests to customers is very important. The constant communication from customers asking questions we are ready to answer also helps draw customers into the shop.

Overall I would recommend this app for companies who are struggling to get some good reviews about your company. This certainly will help.

It has been awesome that our young tech savvy employees are comfortable with this software but that it is easy enough for our older employees to use as well.
