  • Pros

  • Sending ads is now made Fast and perfectly with the ManyChat messenger bot. It has grown my customer list.
  • It's really great to automate message with leads and start conversations when people say a certain keyword. Really intuitive and powerful.
  • Cons

  • Facebook Messenger policies are now very strict and that hurts Manychat because you can't message a user outside of the 24 hour period. This is now making list building in Messenger impossible.
  • To allay these worries, companies and organizations using ManyChat should be open about their data collecting and usage practices.

  • I like the ability to search up previous tickets that could help me review issues that occurred before.
  • Team Support is excellent when it comes to keeping track of tickets and responding timely to customers. Their support team has been fabulous as well.
  • Cons

  • I often have trouble locating previous tickets using the search feature.
  • The configuration and setup is very non-intuitive and confusing.
