This is a great software, when helps me and my team to have a better communication.

The administration panel is way to complex (however the features are great).

Great experience so far, pricing model is the only limitation for integration into our platform as we dont want to maintain our own app.

I have used Slack, Teamwork Chat before, but Rocket Chat is very economical to me ( free- minus the VPS cost). ANd it has everything we need.

It has some great features and it's great that you have so much control over the software as administrator.

Also, for those of us who do have cameras, the default initial setting for a call should be camera OFF for heavens sake. There have already been a couple of embarrassing accidents.

I would recommend it to any company or team who wants to keep control over their own data and need a reliable chat messenger.

Chat has me pretty amazed how feature rich rocket chat really is. Make sure if you want video chat capability to enable JITSI in the server admin console.

Rocket chat community support is very good. We can subscribe to different global channels for gaining knowledge.

It is not obvious which sections apply to which sections when you mess around with the font/color/style/formatting.

It's easy to use, didn't cost anything (if self-hosted) and helps us meet EU-GDPR requirements. Further it provides a nice app and a community, that constantly improves the chat and features.

The messaging is robust, and the voice quality is good. Overall, Rocket Chat is extremely solid, plenty strong enough to be used in a mission-critical capacity.

We love that there is an on-premise option for security. The chat features are intuitive and easy to use.

Chat is great in terms of the fact that it allows you to manage your own chat server without having to go through third party services and paid subscription plans.

Per-user pricing model is still to high for a chat, and limitation of push notifications is a problem for mobile user support.

Friendly designed interface and this tool supports LDAP. Funny and creative emojis that helps in delivering the messages in a more innovative manner.

The fact of being logged out anytime it gets an update is a little bit annoying in my opinion, but after a login everything is back to normality.

WhatsApp is the best messaging app on the market, and what I like best about it is the WhatsApp Web, where I can exchange information from my computer to my phone much more quickly.

I have been using WhatsApp for over 2 years by now and it has been a nice experience. Nice user interface, a good set of features.

I think that you can integrate the Mobile App and the Desktop App together. I also like that the quality of call esp for 1-1 are superb.

When I am talking with my friend through vdieo call what's app still work perfectly on poor internet connection and when I share some pictures its download automatically with good quality.

I also especially love the seamless integration with its web version, which can be a lifesaver if you are working on your computer on a busy day, unable to check your phone.

What I like most is the ability to communicate with friends and family all over the world. I also love how I am able to make phone calls.

It's really user-friendly and easy to use and as long as the internet connection is good the rest will be just perfect.

What bothers me is that it can be used for illegal activity because of the design of the app.

This is an amazing messaging app. I love being able to make international calls with ease.

No Whatsapp App for PC alone without your phone being around you. Poor Security Responses When Grouped are Hacked and Admins are changed by the Hacker.

Lastly, i love how i have access to a lot more gifs on this software, makes the chats so much more fun. Great for messaging with people across the world too.
