Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It a nice feature, the new interface is nice.

  • My company uses this service and it's done fine by us for years. It gets the job done, with only the occasional hiccup. I'm also enjoying the new beta view, which is a cleaner and prettier look.

  • Cons

  • We had a brief issue with the SalesForce integration but it was resolved via some persistant chat agents on the SnapEngage end.

  • Sometimes, it'll glitch out and you can't get rid of of certain chats without closing and reopening the software, but that's the only gripe I have!

  • Pros

  • Easy to use on the front end, great phone app works seamlessly, easy to install on my website

  • Simple and very quick to set up and implement. Great features and customisability

  • Cons

  • chat is very good for your page, the only bad thing is that it is not so customizable until the version pays.

  • At first, it is not easy to understand the operation of the chat and the options in the left sidebar. The application is really excellent, but it can be a bit more intuitive
