If you want first class support go do business with SocialBoost!

We get higher sales with the Live Chat off SocialBoost!!

PROS

What we like the most is the user experience with the software. Really easy to use with a lot off options. For example the Live Chat preview is an amazing feature, you can see live what the customer is typing and you can type directly your anser. And You can see what the customers are doing on your website. And you can do auto proactive chat where the conversion is low on your website. We love this tool!!!

CONS

Honest? Everything. SocialBoost support is also amazing you are not an number but an high client for them. Always reply within minutes!!
