Sparrow's unified agent desktop is designed to unify and align data from multiple business systems and functions in a unified view. The integrated ticketing and CRM systems allow agents to escalate interactions to any department as needed in real time, while the digital interaction hub lets businesses create voice- and chatbots that follow pre-configured journey templates to automatically respond to customers. A reliable and cheap helpdesk integrated with ticketing system

It's great working with team- sparrow, they are always there to help me out, even in odd hours

PROS

Its fully integrated Cloud Customer Service Solution (CRM, Ticketing, Survey & Debt Collection) is easy to use, convenient.

CONS

its dashboard, i want more customization for my existing requirement

my overall experience is awesome complete worth it as per the cost.

PROS

I liked the UI which is user friendly. Omnichannel is available on a single sign on which makes day to day activities ery easy for us. I liked the support here. They are very active.

CONS

Although solution is very good, only deployment time was little high. But didn't affected the quality.

Dialer Solution

Its quite good ,flexible and costamizible.

PROS

It provides detailed call reports and very easy to handle.After sales support is very strong they quickly resolve the issue.

CONS

I would love if they will provide services in europe also
