Good program
It is user friendly and you are able to search for specific names or phone numbers.
CONSI am not able to copy and past several numbers at a time.
Reasons for switching to Text Request
Zip Whip discontinued their service. It was not our decision to leave them.

Great Product
I think TextRequest is very user friendly and has worked well for our practice
CONSI wish that display settings would default to your preferences after a few uses

Would not use if given the choice
Can pair directly to our marketing page to export client contact
CONSfrequently crashes, does not allow you to type in the boxes if used for more than 5 conversations in a row, notifications frequently do not work, does not dismiss notifications easily
