  • Pros

  • The chatbot is code free so it's very easy to use without prior knowledge of code. The customer support is also very good and helpful.
  • I love having my freedom to not having to deal with a receptionist anymore. Every call is answered and my clients loves the texting service.
  • Cons

  • The first stages of set up and use can be slightly frustrating, however as the system learns more about our business these troubles subside.
  • The texts can be a little confusing for clients they think it’s the actual manager or technician texting them.
