We wanted to try the product for video broadcasting and just after leaving a request on their site I was contacted by ANT and representative who has explained me the different deployment options. He has also organized a technical meeting where their specialist has done a demo of the product, helped configured the stream. support was available later during the deployment stage for optimizing the video quality and to solve an issue with the AWS auto-managed deployment. Very reactive in responding to our messages, helpful in providing documentation. I was really shocked by such a high quality of the product support. What made it so special for us was the MoQ support as this puts us a step ahead in terms of networking research. Its deployment on our university cloud not only addressed our concerns related to the privacy of data but commercial providers of SaaS could not offer this either. Nevertheless, there were quite a few challenges faced by my undergrad assistants in deploying it for the first time because the documentation is quite technical and requires prior knowledge regarding the configuration of TURN/STUN server and SSL certificate management.
