-   In terms of service and what they provide caster is an all-in-one solution that covers everything I could possibly need their pricing is a little up there but what they offer certainly makes up for it.
    
-   Some abilities of the platform do not work straightforward but require a workaround and because that workaround is not clear it requires constant alert when you add new team members.

-   We tried using DaCast for about a year in Paraguay, but the latency was consistently very high, and the encoding performance was unreliable. Despite several attempts to make it work, the quality just wasn’t up to standard.
