Than after that it decided to drop thousands of frames a broadcast and lose the bit rate of the stream. My viewers had a terrible experience and so I had to stop using it.

I'm having to pay and get reimbursed. Then, every month when the payment goes through, my credit union marks it as potentially fraudulent and puts a block on my card until I jump through some hoops.

The ability to transmit on many platforms and with good quality is an additional value to offer to customers.

I like that this software can be set up quickly and with a small knowledge of it, also is very affordable.

My experience has been awesome. It works great and does what i need it to and when i need it to.

Support over chat has been responsive with any questions. After using it with this organization, I have recommended Castr to other organizations, and they have been happy with performance.

I'm not so shure about preview monitor in Castr, working few minutes and after that stops and conitinue with black monitor, it little confusing to me.

User interface is a bit clunky, hate not being able to switch serves once everything is setup.

Its amazing system that they have to offer and the price matches the competitors if not betters it.

A perfect integration with the ATEM MINI PRO and ATEM MINI EXREME video management systems. Constant quality of the stream over a long period of time (8 hours).

The product is a very easy, cost effective solution to allow us to stream effortlessly to facebook and youtube at the same time.

We've also had the occasional problem with Facebook where the stream starts twice, and and we end up with 2 events (a 2 minute start of the event, and then a separate one with the rest).

Castr is reliable and affordable so we highly recommend it (and especially for live streaming church services).

It does not support facebook chats and it does not work with the new youtube studio live dashboard.

I love how much it's grown and being invested in, in the times I've used it. I'm excited to see where it will be in a couple months as more features are rolled out.

Its pricing model is straight forward and easy to understand, and much more affordable than other offerings out there. Their pre-sales, post-sales and support team are awesome folks.

Lack of integration with Salesforce and Interprefy.

Presentations, breakout rooms, chat rooms and so on. I liked that it was so easy to move between different parts of the event seamlessly and it was easy to navigate.

Overall I am pleased with the platform and customer service and will continue to use for events.

There appeared to be a limitation to how large some poster presentations could be made so that reading them was difficult.

I have attended dozens of events in Hopin in the last year, and it is the most reliable and easy-to-use platform I have used. The basic price is also affordable and easy to set for small groups.

It is easy to use and explain to new delegates. Very nice networking options, but overall very user friendly.

Easy for guests to navigate. All features on the platform were great.

One of the keys is one-on-one matchmaking. In-person 1on1 is self explanatory, but for companies doing business with suppliers, the interface of the video meetings within Hopin are outstanding.

Users had a great experience, setup was very easy.

Customer service was exceptional. Our CSM was  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and they were so lovely and attentive.

The lack of ability to connect to MAP and CRM made the registration process difficult and very manual.

It is keeping us connected in these 'de-conneted days. We are appreciative of the fantastic customer service and dedication of the Hopin Team to make improvements to the platform each and every week.

Had great integrations, was fluid, and customer response was always quick.

Also, we could never get Google Analytics to work. We submitted a ticket, was told they would look into it but no one ever circled back to fix the issue or tell us what went wrong.

The session rooms were great and easy to find. The expo was a lovely addition to really bring the features of an in-person conference to your office on a virtual platform.

I remember that they only had maybe a couple of weeks or so to implement the software and execute the event. I was incredibly impressed.

I held two very important ticketed events on Hopin and the video quality was excellent. I love the comment option and the opportunity to run a dry run of the event.

Sessions work really well, we love hosting Q&A sessions in the sessions tab. The speed networking is great too and would love to see some more features added.

People left the event impressed that they were captured for the whole time and loved that it provided them with a different experience to anything they had participated in online.

Repeatedly pasting a notice in multiple chats was annoying and time-consuming.

All the features are great. It's easy to use and people have been enjoying the intent behind how we are utilizing the platform for our needs.

Ease of use for admins and relatively quick set up. Ability to use RTMP streaming directly from AV company.
