It has been a very nice feature to have when using for all our meetings since we are all remote.

Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless.

Seems like it gets worse and worse. 2 weeks ago I had to contact Customer Service for the first time ever in 5 years because the applet wouldn't start and someone had to remote login to remove it.

It's very easy to use and extremely helpful for training and for licensing classes needed.

It sometimes crashes without knowing why making it very difficult to get back on the platform, this is bad.

That makes it easy to get the word out about your events and it integrates nicely with other products, like Pardot and website platforms.

A great product overall with stellar customer support makes this the gold standard in online webinars.

I saw a seminar that was done with this product, the design was catchy, I love blue and white things and seemed to have nice features. Polls were a nice feature.

Very user friendly and great option when you need to have a meeting remotely. It's as great as meeting in person.

GoToWebinar is easy to use and meetings are easy to set up - either as a one-time meeting or ongoing occurrences.

Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical.

All the features are there as with other products - clean interface, reliable and looks professional.

It costs the invitee nothing and I rarely have trouble getting connected. This keeps me from having to drive to the city to be in a meeting.

Also customer service is amazing - I had an emergency 5 minutes before a meeting was about to start and called for help. The rep was able to get me up and running in time for the meeting.

Sometimes, I had to leave the mobile and resume the meeting on my desktop as it lags a lot on the mobile.

I suppose that sometimes there have been some glitches that we have experienced in use such as disconnects or not being able to see the screen but that has usually been user error.

All of my webinars for my continuing education use GoToWebinar so I have used this program for years. I'm very pleased with the ease of use.

GotoWebinar is one of the top tier product similar to Cisco's WebEx. WebEx's advanced is that they have customer support to help you host the meeting that does cost extra.

What I like most about GoToWebinar is that it is great for its function of having and hosting meetings.

Integration with other apps and hardware is easy.

You record a video and it streams in the scheduled time so the audience views it as a live. They also added true live streaming so this is a great product.

One Stream Live messed up and asked for more money for a feature that they never should have charged for in the first place.

The interface is clean and easy to use, divided in 3 important sections - pre-recorded streams, real-time streams and upcoming schedules.

Amazing live streaming tool with the best ever support team.

Has generous number to social accounts I can add, can have multiple Instagram, Facebook, Youtube accounts can even stream to Facebook groups.

The concept is very good and the execution just works.

However, they do have a few glitches when it comes to integrating with Facebook and other social media platforms. I've had videos scheduled and because of an update, the stream has failed.

Then as they're working on the job, they tell you need to pay more to complete the job. One Stream Live is a bunch of people who are not trustworthy.

The overlays and the ability to be creative, and have practical features;  buttons,social links, accounts, etc.

There are a lot of moving pieces between Facebook and OneStream, so the excellent customer support is key.

Overall, their customer service has been awesome.

So I have about 20 short videos that I wanted to schedule to run on Facebook Live over the course of a day. I found OneStream and it worked perfectly last year.

The pre-recording helps me because I can then be live as a commenter and engage with my audience if needed. Evidently, you want to be transparent in the video that things are pre-recorded.

The software constantly was skipping and stopping a video with their specified settings. The product simply did not work.

That's a huge benefit and unlocks a lot of use-cases like creating a collage of your previous videos, or if you're in the podcasts, streaming multiple podcasts like a radio show.

Ease of use and versatility. The product is user friendly.

Customer service and policy is very unprofessional, pro profit.

The raw folder I could not find, for the life of me a webinar I had uploaded to re-stream. Kids - orange juice on my laptop - lost downloads folder...).

What I like about this platform is that it allows me to pre-record a session and then present it as a live streaming which gives greater visibility than upload the video directly to the platform.
