There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.

They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.

These courses have also allowed our clients to revisit material that they might have forgotten once their program is completed.

We like the learner engagement and cutting edge feel (Netflix or LinkedIn like). We like the simplicity for the user and for the admin.

The system integration process was easy for me and our pedagogical service. In just a few weeks, we were able to get started our first digital training course in 100 % online blended learning.

Every day we save time and money thanks for 360 Learning. We have a better tracking of the trained employees and the employees who have to be trained.

I particularly appreciated this platform for the ease of creation of modules, training courses.

For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on.

I have been using it for only 6 months but I like is the great technical support that I got from their team. They guide me precisely and resolved the problem.

A powerful LMS with lots of integration points, catalogue customisation but room to improve.

The learning management system is very simple and easy to use. It is highly customizable.

Administrative side can be tricky, but isn't it always. It's difficult to figure out how to get the most out of the HR systems integration.

They instead said, too bad you're on a 3 year contract and we will sue you if you don't pay. We have over 5 months of implementation and the software does absolutely nothing for us.

The new reporting feature is very promising, intuitive and easy to use. There are many options and combinations that can be used, to allow you to use your data better.

WebEx/VILT integration is good. A fairly high degree of customisation is available for web pages/custom pages etc.

Complete lack of plugins or extra functionalities.

Reporting - love the recently updated reporting 2.0. Performance Evaluations, very smooth process and easy to account for multiple steps and calibration.

Also, the reporting capabilities are great and there are a number of reports you can generate to analyze how the system is being utilized.

Their integration with WebEx for vILT just broke last year and it took them 8-10 months to patch it.

Cornerstone is easy to learn, user friendly, clinic friendly and integrated well with labs.

Very, very sluggish, in time response and workflow. Not intuitive, every time we make a course, we also need to make a PDF manual for the users, unbelievable.

We are currently using the LMS side of it, and it has been amazing. Our employees love it and have voiced many times the simplicity of it, versus our older system.

Ease of use from an admin point of view. I also like how creative you can get with custom pages.

Versioning content and their associated assignments in Cornerstone is very confusing, and I often make mistakes that cannot be reversed.

End users complain that it is too big and too hard for them to navigate.

Cornerstone is very powerful. It has all of the advanced functions we need for a large and complex organization.

And having my certificates in one place is good too. Also like being able to download a roster copy.

I strongly recommend this LMS product to any org seeking to adopt the best LMS on the market.

The worst experience I have ever had with a software or company.

Our implementation was really rough and caused a lot of stress and rework. There are areas of the system that are inconsistent or have design flaws that haven't gotten the priority they need yet.

Cornerstone offers a large base of resources to use and learn the system. Not only is it user friendly for employees, but also allows for ease of tracking training from an admin perspective.

It was not all that intuitive to use. I am not the most technically minded person, and I really struggled to get things set up in this system.

Could be difficult to admin for new users to an LMS.

Excellent- we are consistently improving automation and reporting, and continue to win national training awards with CSOD in the background.

In addition to the useful functionality within the Learning Cloud, CSOD's client support team has been outstanding.

And if there is something that I DO need help with, the customer support from Cornerstone is OUTSTANDING.

I have often gotten the odd look and the blow off when I expressed my need for assistance in this area.

No prior administration or IT experience was necessary.

There are so many other options out there that are much more cost-effective. Once you pick an LMS it is hard to change down the road.

I appreciate the training team, support team, client success, and the product team who go above and beyond to respond quickly to client needs.

Like any LMS you want to do your due diligence and see if it fits within your budget and meets your individual criteria.

Great implementation experience, the customer success center is top notch, and the ease of use is there for the end-user.

Overall experience with Cornerstone On Demand is very good and positive. It has a positive impact on the Return on Investment and meets most of the business objectives.
