- Follow-up and support of excellent quality. Nothing to say more, if not a big thank you.
- 360LEARNING offers a wide range of - collaborative - features while keeping things simple & smooth for both the learner and the admin. It’s the best LMS I’ve used so far for that quality/price ratio.
Cons
- There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.
- They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.
Pros
- Light weight, easy user interface, good reporting and insights , all modules - recruitment, onboarding, PMS, LMS are integrated and provide much more than ATS service.
- This product has been very helpful for us with my colleagues. The customer support has been really accommodating on all of our concerns.
Cons
- Successfactors login creates problems sometimes because of downtime or IP related issues.
- Sometimes the admin side can be a little confusing and hard to find what you need to find because we have so much access and there is the classic and new version of it.
