  • Pros

  • The reporting engine in Administrate is outstanding. It is training focused so reports on the measures that are important to me as the head of the global training business.
  • The system works best for our Open (Public) Programmes - where the dates and prices and course content are known and published in advance. Our Open Programmes team loves the software.
  • Cons

  • A lot of templates have to be re-entered each time as there are no copy functions within the platform which is a drawback when building a lot of courses.
  • Something that is being worked on could be much faster. In some areas Administrate is falling behind newer platforms.

  • Great to connect with lecturers and have a unified platform for all courses material. Allows multimedia file transfers and integration with third party application like Turnedin.
  • I like it because it is easy to use and it is easily available on internet. You can download it free of cost.
  • Cons

  • There was always the possibility of losing your work if you timed out or hit the wrong key, especially on a laptop.
  • I hate that there is not an autosave feature, specially when building quizzes. More than once, I accidentally save the quiz without saving the individual question and loose a ton of work.
