The cost was outrageous and it was difficult to use. Training was a nightmare.

The most of a problem was being a little lost at first, but nothing a knowledgeable teacher couldn't explain at my side.

Access is difficult and it is very unintuitive for people who do not use the computer a lot, because programming the rooms becomes somewhat complicated but over time you know how to do it.

Everything was to par and the customer support was amazing.

The support team is responsive and generally able to assist within the first communication. Having a representative I can ask questions to is great and some are better than others.

Unable to set a student preference language into LMS as this is causing some error, fortunately this is not affecting the functionality of the course.

Great learning tool, and once the module has been created gives the learner a greater chance of gaining skills and higher understanding.

I dislike that it doesn't come with more instruction. It does have a learning curve but it's not too hard to figure out.

Oops, learned that one day one by mistake. It's also confusing that Captivate is not the same as Captivate Prime.

Inconsistent performance, transcripts, data. Customer service is terrible.

Documentation in french is missing or incomplete.

Becomming subject matter experts in fields of their profession. I received a small content edittor which was easy to use and could create rapid content.

Installation process was quite difficult for me.

Trying to just self learn it at this point, which has been frustrating.

I love that the software gave me this ability to really design the most interactive and sometimes out of the box e-learning courses.

I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.

The user experience is strong and the look of the platform is very eye appealing. You can customize tiles by your own images and branding.

I ultimately cancelled because I didn’t want to pay the cost for it.

The entrty level price is a bit steep and no native wordpress integration was a bit of a bummer.

The analytics in Adobe Captivate Prime is helpful. You can customize courses according to as per your own wish.

Adobe did a great job adding great features to the product over the years. From a simple authoring to tool to advanced, this tool has grown to become any content developers' dreams.

This is one of the best available and versatile  Learning Management Systems in the market. Very good option for the employers to arrange for certification programs.

If any data is missing or something seems wrong, delete all the fields and you have to start filling out the entire form again.

I like the integration between Adobe Captivate 2019 and Captivate Prime. It allows you to seamlessly publish to the LMS from Captivate.

The most features that are helpful are the navigation features that help locate easy tasks.

Every time i add a quiz i get a fatal error and it shuts down - very frustrating and despite dealing with your support teams I still havent come right.

The marketing is perfect and helped me choose the right tool to use that will help save time money and effort.

I think Captivate is an amazing but there are enhances that could be made to make the adoption for new users better.

With the ability to assign training to individuals, or entire regions with a few clicks of a mouse is great. The Mindflash reporting capabilities are very good and easy to use.

If you are looking to rid yourself of paper rosters and manual entry of training records via a useful video training tool, MindFlash will work for you.

I love that the software can house tons of records for my company to login and use for quality compliance.

I would recommend it to a friend. The cost for us is beyond what we can afford.

All I can say is....The Mindflash Support Team is awesome. I love being able to Live Chat with them.

If a user isn't added to videos by mistake, you aren't able to add them again with the same email.

This was the perfect solution for us and we highly recommend Mindflash to anyone looking for new creative ways to train staff.

Love the ease of use and module editing capabilities as well as the range of formats that can be utilized in the trainings we upload.

Sometimes the searching for a video or module can be frustrating if you dont type in correctly.

I've worked with  premium learning management systems that are complex and pricey. They have nothing on MindFlash with its ease of use, library of helpful tutorials and responsive customer service.

Clean appearance of the home page, easy to develop courses, reports.

Ability to integrate or embed multimedia into courses. The reporting is very thorough.

The transition was smooth thanks to great support from the Mindflash team. Email questions are answered promptly and they are always available for a phone call.

I also like that we have been able to add all training Videos and modules in this product.

Also they have a really bad support for touch devices such as mobile and tablets.

Adding voice overs to a slide has to be done in a perfect take. Might not integrate with your existing HRMS.

Its been a pleasure to work with the support staff and the system. But your people make all the difference - 100.

Inability to delete rather than hide old content makes courses with multiple revisions somewhat difficult to manage.

Its ease of use is key and friendly UI is particularly important where some users are not familiar with the use of technology and training platforms.

I have not called customer service on this so maybe I am just doing something wrong.

If the end user connection is slow they might have a lack luster experience.

Mindflash provided the perfect solution for training individuals within our integrated justice system. Before Mindflash, new hires were trained individually.

I liked uploading my excel spreadsheets to the system and having mass invites and reminders sent to users.

This systems has proven to be easy to use, easy to train on and its simple to get folks up to speed on because of its ease of use.

Response time is very good (depending on time difference from where the trainer is located). I rate this on-line training as excellent - our staff are also very confident using it.

Quizzing functions need an overhaul, still seems very basic and limited, AND I am not sure if I am using it correctly / efficiently.
