Pros/Cons
Pros
- I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.
- Its nice that the Learner dashboard can be customized and it lets learners track progress, and deadlines. It works well on all browsers and the learner experience is good.
- The support team is responsive and generally able to assist within the first communication. Having a representative I can ask questions to is great and some are better than others.
Cons
- Every time i add a quiz i get a fatal error and it shuts down - very frustrating and despite dealing with your support teams I still havent come right.
- The most of a problem was being a little lost at first, but nothing a knowledgeable teacher couldn't explain at my side.
- Documentation in french is missing or incomplete.
Pros
- The product is good for getting started and has a fairly rich set of features. Overall, a good product and great customer support.
- The company is very serious about supporting the customer, and very responsive. They are also very flexible and have your interest and success in mind.
- He answered all our questions promptly and effectively, ensuring that we were never left in the dark. Sensitive content hidden] dedication to resolving technical issues was truly impressive.
Cons
- However, it has been a train crash and our company has paid for the product but we are not currently using this as it simple does dont work.
- I disliked the fact that I wasted money and time on developers in my home country who did not deliver on what was agreed upon. I wish I had found Fatbit Technologies sooner.
- A lack in the customization of graphical features, but is a minor issue.
