Overall size can be problem if the created content has videos and images which create loading problem web based online trainings.

Mainly what I like about this software is the distribution of controls, since they are simple and intuitive, I can access a wide variety of controls and at the same time maximize my workspace.

Horrible, Overpriced, Outdated headache of a program.

I am very please with it's usability straight out of the box. I was able to seamlessly edit and manipulate slides and information.

As a Learning and Development specialist, Adobe Captivate is a very useful tool for creating e-learning content. It took quite a while for me to learn to use it due to the many useful features.

Sometimes dragging out template sizes can be a bit annoying. Also found it hard to juggle between different layers.

Integration with PowerPoint is great. Links with entire Adobe suite.

The products are also easy for learners (students, corporate employees, really anyone interested in gaining knowledge) to navigate, complete courses, and assess their progress.

This is great software for creating eLearning content. It has a lot of features that ensure that there is interaction and feedback.

The most that I like and that I consider that is the most important feature is to save projects as HTML5. For example, I use to create real estate courses and save them as SCORM 1.2 (HTML5).

This software lacks even the basic features that its next closet competitor has. It is difficult to use and still looks clunky when you are done.

Having used the entire Adobe CC and other e-learning software, this platform is not difficult to transition into.

This product can really make learning engagning and fun. It can ensure learners read material with the ability to insert questions and click here icons.

I recently started using this software and wouldn't have even thought I needed it until I tried it. Great and useful features.

The price point can be a little shocking unless you're in education. Educational prices are around $399, normal pricing is 3 times that amount.

I was also reached out to DIRECTLY by a customer service member via email asking if I needed help. I did not need, help, but it was nice to know that the service was available.

Really enjoy the Assets feature as well when looking to switch things up a little - really helps with inspiration and new ideas.

I would recommend this for an educational institution or corporation looking to engage their employees in personal development. This is a great forum to disseminate information, policies, etc.

Captivate is very easy to use to develop engaging training modules. Great for software simulations and  training.

There isn't much good to say about this software other than it will create elearning just like it says it will.

I'm always having to stop it and restart and select all the settings again.

I believe that is an appropriate action as there is so much that in can be used for and it's a worthwhile investment.

It integrated easily with other Adobe audio products for enhanced audio editing. Captivate does include  limited audio editing tools, just enough to be handy.

More overall experience of Adobe Captivate was great considering all that it offered including the price. This is an LMS with a company that is constantly updating to meet a scalable population.

I use it to develop different materials for online and offline courses.

The option more complete for the user in the education is Captivate, the integration of code is good and  have more option for explained the class.

If mastered, you will have a wonderful looking project.

The online community is also really great with supporting each other and lending new ideas. The different preview options that are built in are fantastic and load so much faster than Storyline.

Overall, I am satisfied with the software. The ease of use is outstanding even for the not so computer savvy person.

This is a great program for my needs in building a training program. It's essential to where we are taking the company.

Docebo's combination of traditional eLearning content along with it's Channels (corp. youtube type feature) are fantastic.

It is very user friendly. Overall Training - We have been able to accomplish a ton of training since we went live a few months ago.

Price model is not so flexible and does not fit with small and medium businesses. No price tiers under 300 user / months, could be expensive at early stages.

You generally have to pay for enhancements to the LMS, most things come at an extra cost.

It was extremely haphazard with no real direction. We got spreadsheets of tasks but those were abandoned by our implementation person early.

The help desk is responsive, and their team is eager to help you implement exactly what you want for your users. Docebo is my go-to LMS recommendation.

We found their response time to be horrible and their responses were unsatisfactory.

Docebo's user interface is simple and intuitive and their customer service is top-notch. The platform is powerful and effectively managed my online courses and classes.

Therefore, it is advisable to try it out before paying any money. This is where the trial version can save you a lot of trouble down the road.

Docebo was a terrible experience. They sold us on it telling it had a ton of features that it didn't.

We are looking forward to incorporating gamification to help round our the user experience.

This is a true LMS - not a Payroll system that added on an LMS. Docebo allows you to fully customize your LMS experience and offers several integration and automation options.

We also love the integration with SalesForce , which manages our account provisioning and catalog access based on contacts and purchased products.

There are quite a few areas where there are way too many clicks or a lack of bulk processes that cause additional work for an administrator.

Docebo is losing customers at a fast past and I cannot recommend it to my clients anymore, which is a shame.

Robust feature set; solid integrations from 3rd parties; great gamification.

What really caused massive frustration internally was Docebo's insistence that we either upgrade to the Enterprise service level or continue to experience similar failures.

Customization - The ability to customize homepages, additional fields, notifications, etc. has been extremely useful. Usability - Our users find it very easy to use on their end.

Useful Add-ons/Apps and integrations with Cisco WebEx, GoToMeeting, Wordpress, and many more. Excellent user and course management options.

We are confident now that we offer a platform with not only great content, but a great interface and reporting, and enhanced functionality.
