  • Pros

  • The online community is also really great with supporting each other and lending new ideas. The different preview options that are built in are fantastic and load so much faster than Storyline.
  • I was also reached out to DIRECTLY by a customer service member via email asking if I needed help. I did not need, help, but it was nice to know that the service was available.
  • The most that I like and that I consider that is the most important feature is to save projects as HTML5. For example, I use to create real estate courses and save them as SCORM 1.2 (HTML5).
  • Cons

  • I was forced to use captivate because of my Mac computer. My organization will not let me use parallels so I was stuck with using captivate.
  • Horrible, Overpriced, Outdated headache of a program.
  • Some of my employees struggle with the system when first learning it.

  • Overall I am happy with the ease of use of this product. GoToMeeting offers a very user friendly experience for an affordable price.
  • The user interface is great and fun to use and navigate and you can customize it to suit your needs. It caters to both users and non-users and you can send a link to non-users to join a meeting.
  • I love the tool when it's working. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwidth concerns and builds an ability to build community for those who are not behind any significant firewalls.
  • Cons

  • Horrible... run, just run, customer service is horrible. I talked to 2 managers who were supposed to fix this issue but never did.
  • From the first time I called, they refused to consider that the problem could be with them and insisted it was with PayPal.
  • Sometimes in the group call when using the group chat it is very annoying to open chat box over and over again as after sometime it collapse automatically.
