- Mainly what I like about this software is the distribution of controls, since they are simple and intuitive, I can access a wide variety of controls and at the same time maximize my workspace.
- As a Learning and Development specialist, Adobe Captivate is a very useful tool for creating e-learning content. It took quite a while for me to learn to use it due to the many useful features.
Cons
- Overall size can be problem if the created content has videos and images which create loading problem web based online trainings.
- Sometimes dragging out template sizes can be a bit annoying. Also found it hard to juggle between different layers.
Pros
- We are excited to launch, because we know that our courses will have a much more professional clean look compared to our old courses using a different LMS.
- The most important feature to me is the management of CE requirements and tracking including the evaluations and certificates.
Cons
- I don't like how for students it complicates things. They have a difficulty accessing the documents they have to, later, complete and submit.
- The duration of the session is short so that you have to exit and re-enter it every 40 minutes or pay an amount of money for subscribing to this service.
