Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • So easy to use and customise to suit our business. Support is fantastic.

  • We were one of the first providers to use Arlo and we have no regrets - it has gone from strength to strength and it just keeps on getting better! Keep up the amazing work Arlo people.

  • Cons

  • Online support isn't great probably because of terminology, but we do love the live support, always helpful and answer any questions we have.

  • It is a little pricey, but having said that if we hadn't chosen Arlo we would have potentially needed 2 systems to do what we can do on 1 now.

  • Pros

  • This is a great system with a lot of potential functionality.

  • I really like how easy this software is to search for courses, upload a course and maintain progress.

  • Cons

  • Nuances in different areas of the system don't make sense sometimes, but that is to be expected with any software packages.

  • The complexity of the system functionality can also leave something to be desired. Would love to see a more user friendly UI for not only the end user, but for the system administrator as well.
