### Most mentioned pros

- Articulate 360 makes it incredibly easy to create professional, engaging eLearning courses using a wide variety of media. Whether you’re building interactive lessons, scenario-based training, or quick microlearning modules, the platform gives you intuitive tools to add videos, audio, animations, quizzes, and drag-and-drop interactions without needing advanced technical skills.
- We use articulate 360 products to develop all of our education across our healthcare system. Whether we are creating an online course or uploading videos, using rise for a quick turnaround project, there’s always a perfect solution with one of the products offered in articulate 360 to accomplish what we need to develop.
- I love Articulate 360 because of its ability to create a learning platform that is interactive and creative that will draw in the trainee, therefore creating a higher probibility that the learner will retain their knowledge

### Most mentioned cons

- it crashes often, especially when a file has more than 300+ slides. When working on this file, it says that storyline detected a bug but I don’t know what the bug is so I end up saving the file, closing the file, reopening it, and continue working on it.
- One limitation is that complex interactions in Storyline 360 can take time to build, and collaboration across multiple courses can sometimes be less seamless than desired.
- The glitching between some of the Articukate apps and Review360 can lead to frustration, not knowing if there are truly issues within the course itself or a bug in Review360.

### Great software for course creation

Overall, I genuinely love using the software and appreciate how consistently it evolves with new features that make course development faster, smarter, and more intuitive. The recent AI integrations are especially impressive—they streamline tasks like drafting content, generating ideas, and speeding up early design stages. These enhancements allow creators to focus more on strategy, storytelling, and interactivity rather than repetitive production work. The interface remains user-friendly, and the steady rollout of updates shows a real commitment to supporting designers’ needs. Despite a few limitations, the overall experience feels modern, efficient, and aligned with where digital learning is headed.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Articulate 360 makes it incredibly easy to create professional, engaging eLearning courses using a wide variety of media. Whether you’re building interactive lessons, scenario-based training, or quick microlearning modules, the platform gives you intuitive tools to add videos, audio, animations, quizzes, and drag-and-drop interactions without needing advanced technical skills. Its media-friendly workflow lets you bring in images, characters, screen recordings, and templates to create polished content quickly. With Storyline for custom interactivity and Rise for responsive, web-based design, Articulate 360 provides a flexible, all-in-one environment for creating high-quality learning experiences that look great on any device.

#### Cons

One major limitation of the software is the lack of native 360-video integration, which restricts creators who want to build immersive or VR-style learning experiences. While Articulate 360 supports a wide range of traditional media, it does not offer tools for embedding navigable 360-degree environments, hotspots, or interactive panoramic scenes. This gap makes it challenging to design training that relies on spatial awareness, real-world simulations, or virtual walkthroughs—features that are increasingly expected in modern learning solutions. Because of this omission, many designers must rely on external platforms, workarounds, or custom coding to achieve the immersive effects they need.

### Set 5 STARS to value TRUE when user clicks ARTICULATE

Overall, my experience with Articulate 360 has been highly positive and productive. The suite provides a comprehensive set of tools that allows my instructional design team to efficiently meet varied production needs. While there are some standard learning curves with the advanced features, the platform's continued updates, like the recent improvements to Rise customization, demonstrate Articulate's commitment to solving user pain points. For professionals who require the flexibility to create advanced, engaging learning content that genuinely stands out, Articulate 360 is the most powerful and reliable option available today.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about Articulate 360 is the relentless commitment to continuous feature growth. The ecosystem allows for the quick and effective creation of modern, engaging learning content. Storyline 360 remains my favorite tool and the core reason for my high recommendation. After 15 years in the training industry, Storyline is the most powerful authoring tool I have used. I love nothing more than "overengineering" things with triggers, variables, states and layers. Having complete creative control to build truly custom, complex content like detailed branching scenarios and realistic simulations sets it leaps and bound apart from your basic powerpoint.

#### Cons

Historically, the inability to fully customize the look and feel of Rise 360 courses was a drawback, often requiring a reliance on Storyline for greater design freedom. However, the introduction of custom blocks has solved this constraint, allowing us to maintain brand consistency and design flexibility without sacrificing the speed of Rise.

I truly appreciate articulate for the functions and features that it provides users. I am able to quickly create courses with storyline that allow users to experience our software interactively or I can use Rise to efficiently produce clean, organised courses that can be easily updated whenever needed.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

I really enjoy the ability to quickly create training that accurately reflects the environment that our learners will be using. They are able to easily access the training, and it makes it much easier for them to practice the processes they need for their jobs. There is a lot of value to the product, because it is pretty easy to catch on, even as a true beginner.

#### Cons

I think there are some features that are missing, especially when the projects get more complex. Some types of variables, like text variables start to breakdown or halt progress when courses require more finesse. I also think some of the AI accessibility features are still a little clunky.

My overall experience with Articulate 360 has been very positive. It’s a reliable, user-friendly suite that helps me bring course content to life in creative and interactive ways. The mix of tools, especially Storyline and Rise, lets me balance flexibility with efficiency, depending on the project needs. While there are a few limitations when it comes to deep customization and collaboration, the platform overall makes course development smoother and more enjoyable.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about Articulate 360 is how seamlessly it brings creativity and functionality together. It makes it easy to turn course ideas into engaging, interactive experiences without getting bogged down in complex coding. I enjoy how flexible it is, whether I’m building custom interactions in Storyline or quick, polished modules in Rise, it gives me the tools to make learning feel dynamic and accessible for students.

#### Cons

What I like least about Articulate 360 is that some of its features can feel limited when trying to customize beyond the built-in templates. #### Cons

The tool struggles with SharePoint files, which our organization uses a lot. This requires us to use local files, which makes it more difficult to work on a Storyline 360 project effectively.

Overall, I have a positive experience with articulate 360. I am still learning so much and excited to try out different features. It’s very accessible for beginners, like me, while also allowing those with experience to apply creative methods.

#### Pros

I enjoy the user interface of articulate 360. It’s easy to collaborate with a team through its review features and I feel the product covers most of our needs.

#### Cons

Storyline can be slow which affects production. I wish there was a product built into articulate 360 for storyboarding which could be shared with stakeholders who do not have the licenses. Similar to review. I spend a lot of time converting storyboards made in other software into our e learning.

I was able to convince my agency to utilize articulate and purchase the license for me and my supervisor. This system is completely worth the price of the license. I use it to create trainings and courses for the human service agency that I work for, and having access to this system has made creating these items so much easier. I find new features to get excited about all the time and look forward to continue utilizing the system and growing along with it!

#### Pros

I am most excited about the AI integration with Articulate. I use Ai daily in life, In work, and have found ways to incorporate Ai to benefit my courses but now it is integrated into the system it just opens so many opportunities!

#### Cons

I really like pretty much everything, I will say it can be a little overwhelming at first to grasp all the features and utilize them but if you keep at it you will certainly figure it out in no time!
