Pros / Cons
  • Articulate 360 makes it incredibly easy to create professional, engaging eLearning courses using a wide variety of media. Whether you’re building interactive lessons, scenario-based training, or quick microlearning modules, the platform gives you intuitive tools to add videos, audio, animations, quizzes, and drag-and-drop interactions without needing advanced technical skills.
  • it crashes often, especially when a file has more than 300+ slides. When working on this file, it says that storyline detected a bug but I don’t know what the bug is so I end up saving the file, closing the file, reopening it, and continue working on it.

  • One function that I personally enjoy (even though my staff do not) is the added security function that if you enter your credentials wrong twice (not three times like most people are used to), the system locks you out and then only an admin (like myself) can connect with Rise to unlock it.
  • Some of the modules do not speak to each other; changing a start date doesnt flow over the compensation start dates, onboarding defaults to work email and phone number when should go to personal; calendars are tedious as you cant choose a date, but need to scroll month by month.
