aXcelerate definitely gets the job done and has everything I would need.

Recommind’s aXcelerate has pretty much all the features I would need to complete document review assignments.

The features and functionality are not always completely intuitive, but for the most part, it’s pretty easy to use.

My overall experience has been a positive one. Great support when I need it, prompt responses and very helpful customised created reports for quite detailed items when I have requested them.

Customised reporting, workflows, templates are all great features that I use daily. I appreciate the value given to our company by having one support person and the prompt and very useful responses I have received when I have requested assistance. We have been able to customise a lot of features and aXcelerate have been supportive in the deployment of these.

Many small items are glitchy. Formatting for notes the most noticeable and most used item. Notes are not consistently formatted, often copying+pasting the same item to multiple cards can have different results. The cursor moves when it is not meant to, often resulting in typing or deleting digits that should not have been. This causes frustration for many of our users. We have been advised it is our browser but we have tested extensively and it is most certainly not. Drag+drop on the calendar view is not 'live' so if items are amended by other users, everyone needs to refresh their page, often. Sometimes amending a calendar item from calendar view does not save, resulting in mistakes that should not happen on our behalf.
