Pros
- As an administrator, I like the ease of use of the platform and the ability to change my role meaning I can be a learner, an administrator as well as a leader.
- How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.
Cons
- The fact that a drop down box functionality doesn't exist with regards to organizational units / hierarchies (is being looked into at least).
- Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization.
Pros
- Kahoot quizzes are always really fun and easy to use and to prepare. This is really a great platform and even the free version is very useful and better than other platforms out there.
- A great interactive product that brings people together in a fun way. Great for team building and motivation.
Cons
- One feature my honors students complain about is there’s no redemption questions like another game we play. If they accidentally click on the wrong answer, they can’t go back and fix it.
- Occasionally, there can be issues if the internet connection is poor which is rather annoying as it can cause disconnections.
