As an administrator, I like the ease of use of the platform and the ability to change my role meaning I can be a learner, an administrator as well as a leader.

How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.

The fact that a drop down box functionality doesn't exist with regards to organizational units / hierarchies (is being looked into at least).

The knowledge growth average is 13. What other learning method can give me this kind of data, keep learning fun, and engage a diverse tech workforce.

The customer service and support teams have been phenomenal - we can get a person on the phone within just minutes if needed, and support tickets are responded to almost immediately.

Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization.

After having problems with my account at the very busy conference, one person who helped me greeted me by name the next day in the halls.

I like Axonify a whole bunch, and I'm struggling to think of a con.

No matter where you use axonify it has an annoying lag time & it's a bit time-consuming to looked up several different parts even in just a single department.

We are still just a few weeks from launch but I find the training tool easy to use and the interface is easy to understand and not visually cluttered.

Our rollout has been a huge success, with over 90% participation and positive feedback from our employees.

The way Axonify has transformed from a microlearning platform to a more robust learning tool as been upmost helpful to adapt costly in-person courses to short eLearnings.

Not only for the learners but the software gives the content creators a platform that helps guide them from start to finish.

The rewards feature is another big draw, though we are developing our own reward and recognition system and haven't yet used the built-in features.

At this stage, I am challenged to identify any negative issues with the software.

I love the transparency of the organization - their successes, sidetracks, and the generosity of everyone on the team at Axonify. They are in a hot market, and are navigating the growth with grace.

Having had NO prior experience with this type of software (let alone setting it up), I would have benefited GREATLY from training (live or e-learning) rather than  walking through the steps via WebEx.

Its a great tool that keeps the knowledge fresh...also provides leaders a snapshot of what's working and where they can help improve the results.

The game mechanics are solid - the gameplay and leaderboard have been hugely motivating to our employees and people truly enjoy logging into the platform each day.

Overall my experience has been positive, and I'm thrilled to be working with this platform.

A create tool to disseminate content through microlearning. Very user friendly and powerful reporting features.

Companies want to know that when they invest in training for their people, those people will for remember it long after the training is delivered. Axonify can meet that challenge.

As for the end user experience, the software is incredibly easy to use.

I like that you can check facts pertaining to your job easily & quickly. You can use it on the computer or on your phone via app.

It even has an option to play games when you start a 'quiz' to help you process & retain information previously learned through 'Gnome.

I find the organization of the administrative tools intuitive and easy to use.

Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface and experience issues. The inability to bulk upload content means entering content is tedious.

The support team has also been very helpful in supporting our use of the platform, always ready to answer our queries.

I love that even though it is a good enough platform that it was my first choice when I was choosing an LMS, they have not stopped innovating.

Terrible experience with the product and terrible experience with the company.

It is good for reaching out course material with a good integration.

I love how easy it is on Moodle to use as both a student and an instructor. I like how customizable notifications are.

The ability to customize and easy use of additional plugins. There is also a large community of people to help you use this software.

Luckily it seems like moodle has a lot of helpful documentation which provided me with the understanding that I needed to fully appreciate the platform.

The price (free) is a great start. It gives us all the features we really need in our online courses.

I dislike that it can be a bit restrictive with access a bit unforgiving when admins accidentally delete information.

It is a very good experience because the materials of a course we're easy for students to understand. Like if they want to go to a discussion.

Moodle has a lot of functionality expecially for the price (free). Lot of freedom and modules to allow you to expand the base capability.

I like that Moodle was user friendly and easy to navigate. It was pretty simple and user friendly for the most part.

A very capable and competent LMS if you are willing to invest the time and effort in learning it.

I like that this is an easy way to take/administer quizzes and learning material which helps to reach certain learning goals.

Getting support is very difficult if you have a problem with the site.

I like the way you can quickly create a class for training and upload the needed items with ease. Moodle is great for both students and teachers.

Great system for online quizzes and tests. They are formatted well and are able to be filled out with great ease.

I like the Moodle integration with third-party modules and the easy handling of each one. It is easy to use for trainers and students.

Lots of add-ins and tools to make checking in on student progress easy. Lots of great tutorials and customer service forums.

I enjoyed using Moodle because of the ease of use. Moodle was very easy to get the hang of and was ultimately self-explanatory giving me an easy location to find my assignments and etc.

Many features exist and are ignored which is a shame, besides some times using Moodle on falls on pages not configured because they were not explored.

Its clearly a good sign when a piece of software is used by an entire institution like an university, which is where i had contact with it.

It can have a good integration with a company/institution website. It's not a trivial integration though.

I love that Moodle is open source and can be customized. There are some good add-ons, but the ability to customize the experience is great.

It is a good app to use and very useful - learning is always easier and more fun if you have a user friendly app.

There's a very supportive community for this LMS. Lecturers and the students can easily interact with each other in a private virtual environment.

It's multiple clicks to add content, followed by multiple clicks to set it up correctly. For students, the default site is ugly and confusing.

I currently use Moodle both as a student and as an administrator for one class. Both have their benefits, and it is easy to see why Moodle is a great fit for the job.

There is the same problem when a teacher sends us a message or link, we have no email alerts.

I love how Moodle is set up and I've used it to take courses. It's so easy to use and to sign up with and I love the user interface.

In discussion threads I think it is somewhat annoying that there is no single option to open all responses. Instead you have to go through and click into each one.

It crashes a lot and after a period of use the application of the error. Due to the very frequent use of online classes, it has fallen a lot the whole time.

I also love how easy it is to see all of your grades, there is a whole tab just for that, therefore it is easy to keep track of you progress and how you're going.
