Overall I am very much satisfied with the interface of Ergode wiki and the best part is you can easily ask your queries and get solutions for the same

Ergode wiki is very user friendly and one of the best knowledge site. It helped me to find solutions to my work related queries. Just loved it!!!!

I did not observed any cons as of now because Ergode wiki is pretty simple and easy to use.

Platform like BHyve is one of the most beautifully conceptualized and created platform for each and every working professional. Expressing one's ideas, sharing knowledge and informations, collaborating with colleagues and friends and at the same time sharing thoughts and ideas related to the organization and personal growth boosts its usage and likeability. It's like a professional slambook with a touch of social activities. I would recommend to add more features of groups like facebook is using and creative ideas LinkedIn is providing so that BHyve will be added advantage for everyone to use and scroll daily.

As said can add various features of facebook and linkedlin like groups collaboration where person of same interest and ideas can share and collab more often including the main page content. I don't like that all people using BHyve are not very much involved with BHyve currently. Maybe more of features and advertising could help.

It can be become a better platform once all the people rely on this platform for solving there queries as currently only few people are using the platform. We need more active and daily users on this platform. I request you to revamp the UI interface so that it will be interactive platform.

Its a good platform where all the employees of the company can raise there query and used to get them resolved as multiple people are available. We all can share our knowledge and documents at a single place which helps in accessing all the things at a single place.

We require to select each and every department while posting any content on the platform as there is no feasibility of selecting all the departments in one click. We could not access the data of the people who have viewed our blogs or liked them.

The feature to share knowledge throughout the organization and ask questions while tagging the respective tech stack which helps you target your question.

Too much clutter sometimes: The polls related to technology shared by employees create too much clutter and there are sometimes 10-15 notifications in an hour from BHyve itself.No option to subscribe to specific tags only so you get notifications for every post shared by each and every member.

My overall experience is very good and this is the platform where you are free to ask anything and also you will be abe to help others with their queries. You can take a poll as well.

Ask and reply to questions are very easy way to ask your queries. The most I like about this software is the masterclasses from where you can arrange the classes and also you can use various tools like youtube, text editor while presenting your masterclass. You can also manage the permissions for speakers and the viewers of the masterclass. Most effectively is the leaderbordship and the badges which will creates excitement to use this software on regular basis.

I think one feature it must have to make user reply to their particular comment.

a particular topic or subject cannot be searched... should improve on the search by name or content.

Ask & Knowledge sharing platform is very helpful for internal as well as external team.Using Ask feature we can get different solutions to the problem & Knowledge sharing feature is just amazing where i can learn other Depts SOPs and processes without reaching then in person.

Skills added is to be tested with different types of question associated with it & the level of skills like Proficient, Advanced, Basic should be decided based on the actual tested knowledge. Moreover, they should add feature of quiz contains leaderboard and should link with the knowledge section as this will help in training.

Sometimes it takes time to update the things

For any organization - it is really important to have knowledge base in place. Especially for an ecommerce company likes us. There are just so many business models, operations, strategies that one needs to learn. BHyve helps make that knowledge easily accessible.

Gamification is amazing in this software. The points earning system propels users to post more content and ask questions.

If we could somehow avoid posting repetitive questions, it would be great. While posting a question, if it could recommend the similar questions asked by other users would mitigate the question duplicacy.

so the integration of BHyve with our existing technology was pretty smooth with multiple sessions arranged for our understanding of the platform. This led us to get more involved in knowledge sharing and keeping ourselves updated with latest technology.

sometimes it gets tricky to use this software as there is a lot of things going on at same time. this page needs to be more simple and user friendly.

Features are great but limited. Many competitors like viva have more add-ons and better gamification of knowledge sharing. BHyve can implement that.
