"The most likely part is mentor interface whereas new learner or experience one gets the skills through peer's expertise adding on knowledge through online platform, which helps to bring ownership or confidence within each of them, doesn't feel lack of knowledge !! and training sessions can be shared which is a lot helpful, the timeline helps to post query which provides a healthy brainstorming session between experts of respective subject."
