I love that Bridge offers continuous courses on how to navigate, but they set it up so you can dive right in with out even asking for help.

Bridge LMS combines ease of use with great service to provide an excellent e-learning solution.

Learned a lot through the courses I have taken and I love that it is standardized across my org so perfectly.

There is a lack of customizability in certain places.

I don't like the user interface, it seems almost too simple (very bare). Also, it's hard to assign and un-assign courses to individuals within the organization.

I love being able to create content write through our LMS. I love the ease of bringing in content and embedding without complications from Youtube and from other websites.

The pre-sales experience and implementation was frictionless -- our user adoption has steadily grown over time, and the support teams are top notch.

But it provides great value, intuitive use, and a lot of excellent features, all backed by a great support team.

The most challenging, in my case, was the lack of formatting options provided.

Bridge, Canvas and Catalog are excellent products. Instructure (the parent company) has invested a lot into finding out just what online educators want.

At first, I found it difficult since it has a customization option.

I love how Bridge will track progress so seamlessly and save where you are at in any given course. The UI is clean and user-friendly so I give it an overall thumbs up.

I really like how easy it is to not only consume trainings, but also create them. There are several tools to help learners learn (surveys, quizzes, etc).

There are something that my company needs that are not included with Bridge and are hard to get changed.

At times I would be asked to repeat a step in a course that was already passed. This may have been a user error on my part.

I like that you are able to use this platform to distribute learning tools to large groups of people and that they are all able to complete the training on their own time and on their own devices.

Even though the help desk system is not quick and easy to navigate, the technicians are professional and very helpful.

I have taught online for over a decade and used multiple different platforms, and I am sorry to write that this is by far the worst program I have ever used. Editing tools are not named well.

I like the integrations with 3rd party applications, relatively easy to use, and the fact that they're receptive to users requests.

My experience with Brightspace has only been within the last two years, but the experience has been a rich and pleasant one.

Some of the menus are not intuitive. Ie I had trouble figuring out how to include deadline dates for assignments after which the software would no longer accept submissions.

The customer support team is excellent, providing very helpful advice and bug fixes almost at a whim.

Brightspace is great for setting up different courses and tracking the metrics of those courses such as how much time an instructor or student is spending within the course.

My overall experience with Brightspace has been successful. It is easy to navigate and saves time.

Well-ordered, clean user interface. Easy to design different courses, quizzes, and tests with minimal investment of time.

The workflow to setup the class and create activities and assignments is completely illogical. Managing the grades gets worse.

The simplicity of navigation is amazing. I have to navigate through multiple courses within Brightspace, and it's very well organized and categorized.

I loved how the dashboard showed me the classes I was taking in an easy display.

I do not believe anything is missing with Brightspace.

D2L has improved Brightspace so it is more user friendly but it still does not lend itself to ease of use.

Faculty and students alike can get what they need to be successful. Tech support is wonderful.

It was nice and gave me a chance to study again, it fit on my schedule and i like it.

D2L is pretty straightforward. I used it with my classes in my first semester as an adjunct professor.

It depends totally on the internet connection and this may cause problems of connectivity sometimes. In addition the costs to enrich with additional tools may be very high.

The system is not intuitive and takes a while to locate various functions. The grading component is awful on the student end.

I love the additional tools it has that allows you to add a virtual classroom option. I also love that it give you the option to store materials you are not using rather than just deleting them.

Overall the software was great to work with and easy to use.

Brightspace has a really lovely minimalist interface, allowing faculty and students to focus on what's most important.

I find it difficult to navigate sometimes, as the user interface is confusing.

I've also had issues with making internal links to site material. For me, I'll be able to view my links, but my students are often unable to.

Overall, Brightspace presents an aesthetically appealing and functional product that has its own quirks, while boasting a host of benefits.

Integrated learning platforms can be hit or miss but Brightspace is a big success for the average user.

It’s so easy to use and has so many tools to help you to be successful and keep track of what you are doing.

This software help me to back on studying and they has good time management that fit on my availability.

The only negative thing I can say about Brightspace is the inability to access previous courses and work submitted within the courses.

I appreciate that there are multiple ways to arrive at different areas in the course, and the seminar integration is really easy and nice.

Very happy with it from a student side when the faculty take time to set it up. But setting up a good classroom can be more work than teaching.

The problem I feel with D2L is that many professors I take misinterpret certain features which lead to sometimes very confusing Classroom UI's that are difficult to navigate.

You can completely run an online or in-person class with ease using Brightspace. Everything from assignments to discussions to grading to groupwork is integrated.

There's very few items I dislike, and they may just reflect me and my colleagues. Some of the cons are as follows: I have a lot of issues with the grade book that comes with this software.
