I've never had any problems using the software.

Limos is an adequate LMS which can track SCORM and xAPI compliant content.

I like the ease of use and the ability to design and generate quick reports. Customer service is pretty good too.

We've gone through several LMS platforms and Litmos has been the best one so far, despite its shortcomings on the user interface side.

Customer support is amazing and super responsive. The platform is user and mobile  friendly and intuitive.

SAP Litmos is really amazing and easy to use, it has several language options and in app messaging platform.

Its been a great first year. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Litmos.

Litmos provides the responsive and easy to use user interface for both learner and Administrator. Role based login, custom reporting and API support makes it more powerful.

I was looking for an LMS for ILT courses and Litmos was able to deliver what they promised - a great LMS that works well for my client.

Complete lack of actual support after the first 2 weeks of implemented use, with response times on critical issues taking 24+ hours for an initial (non-automated) response.

Just like with WYSIWYG design tools, simplicity sometimes comes at a price. The knowledge-base and support team has been great to work with so far.

Litmos is a big player, though not one investing in innovation.

Their own rep telling us to do this. No email to their accounts department gets replied to ever.

The videos and quizzes all work great. I like that I can put the videos on double speed.

It is really difficult to find an issue with this software.

The best part about litmos is it's ease of use. It has a very user friendly interface.

Occasional Log in difficulties and some buttons not working.

Their LITMOS Technical Support Team is outstanding. In addition, we are using ISpring (for SCORM Conversion of our materials) and the two systems integrate seamlessly.

Allowed me to complete important training for the company on my own time, and my employer can now do some career development with this tool.

It is a great option at a great price. I've reviewed other LMS systems and this one is by far the best option for us and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an LMS solution.

This is one of the best learning systems on the web today, and the best part is it is mobile supported.

Reporting is a nightmare and often views on screen show misinformation. Reporting on Learning Paths is especially challenging.

SAP Litmos is a great LMS that works well for ILT (Instructor-Led Training) courses. You can schedule virtual training very easily.

Depending on the size of your organization and budget it can be a bit costly.

Ease of use and all the features. It's also very clean lookin and the user facing page is fun and inviting.

A powerful LMS with lots of integration points, catalogue customisation but room to improve.

The learning management system is very simple and easy to use. It is highly customizable.

Administrative side can be tricky, but isn't it always. It's difficult to figure out how to get the most out of the HR systems integration.

They instead said, too bad you're on a 3 year contract and we will sue you if you don't pay. We have over 5 months of implementation and the software does absolutely nothing for us.

The new reporting feature is very promising, intuitive and easy to use. There are many options and combinations that can be used, to allow you to use your data better.

WebEx/VILT integration is good. A fairly high degree of customisation is available for web pages/custom pages etc.

Complete lack of plugins or extra functionalities.

Reporting - love the recently updated reporting 2.0. Performance Evaluations, very smooth process and easy to account for multiple steps and calibration.

Also, the reporting capabilities are great and there are a number of reports you can generate to analyze how the system is being utilized.

Their integration with WebEx for vILT just broke last year and it took them 8-10 months to patch it.

Cornerstone is easy to learn, user friendly, clinic friendly and integrated well with labs.

Very, very sluggish, in time response and workflow. Not intuitive, every time we make a course, we also need to make a PDF manual for the users, unbelievable.

Very Happy and the user experience is great. WE had Many good feedback.

We are currently using the LMS side of it, and it has been amazing. Our employees love it and have voiced many times the simplicity of it, versus our older system.

We build courses and assign all learning to every employee. We love the reporting function and constant updates.

Well developed and supported LMS. Could not be more pleased with the Cornerstone offering.

The fact that we are able to track candidates source is crucial to our business and supports our budgeting strategy really well.

Overall the experience has been good and we are happy with the recruitment solution we have in place.

Ease of use from an admin point of view. I also like how creative you can get with custom pages.

Also, you can drag and drop questions in whatever order you want them to be. The tool is limited and needs to be upgraded for easier use.

Versioning content and their associated assignments in Cornerstone is very confusing, and I often make mistakes that cannot be reversed.

End users complain that it is too big and too hard for them to navigate.

Cornerstone is very powerful. It has all of the advanced functions we need for a large and complex organization.

And having my certificates in one place is good too. Also like being able to download a roster copy.

I strongly recommend this LMS product to any org seeking to adopt the best LMS on the market.

My overall experience with Cornerstone OnDemand has been excellent. I appreciate the training resources, success center and how they push for users/clients to become experts and work with their peers.

The worst experience I have ever had with a software or company.

Our implementation was really rough and caused a lot of stress and rework. There are areas of the system that are inconsistent or have design flaws that haven't gotten the priority they need yet.

Cornerstone offers a large base of resources to use and learn the system. Not only is it user friendly for employees, but also allows for ease of tracking training from an admin perspective.

It was not all that intuitive to use. I am not the most technically minded person, and I really struggled to get things set up in this system.

Could be difficult to admin for new users to an LMS.

Excellent- we are consistently improving automation and reporting, and continue to win national training awards with CSOD in the background.

In addition to the useful functionality within the Learning Cloud, CSOD's client support team has been outstanding.

And if there is something that I DO need help with, the customer support from Cornerstone is OUTSTANDING.

I have often gotten the odd look and the blow off when I expressed my need for assistance in this area.

No prior administration or IT experience was necessary.

There are so many other options out there that are much more cost-effective. Once you pick an LMS it is hard to change down the road.

I appreciate the training team, support team, client success, and the product team who go above and beyond to respond quickly to client needs.

Like any LMS you want to do your due diligence and see if it fits within your budget and meets your individual criteria.

Great implementation experience, the customer success center is top notch, and the ease of use is there for the end-user.

Reporting in the system can be confusing and clunky.

Overall experience with Cornerstone On Demand is very good and positive. It has a positive impact on the Return on Investment and meets most of the business objectives.
