Pros
- Simple and easy to use User interface - which lends its higher acceptancefeature of hyperlinks to other website is a great feature and helps in reaping benefit of collaboration also in a way.
- Ease of use and all the features. It's also very clean lookin and the user facing page is fun and inviting.
- It is a great option at a great price. I've reviewed other LMS systems and this one is by far the best option for us and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an LMS solution.
Cons
- Depending on the size of your organization and budget it can be a bit costly.
- For a company to change its cancellation policy without making sure subscribers receive that information through a call or a follow up email is more than unprofessional.
- Complete lack of actual support after the first 2 weeks of implemented use, with response times on critical issues taking 24+ hours for an initial (non-automated) response.
Pros
- Overall a good range of features and mostly intuitive user interface. The support quality and engagement is really appreciated especially when you hit a bottleneck and need someone to help.
- Easy to setup and well supported when I needed it. Very powerful CRM with great flexibility.
- Their Customer support is on point. They reached us super fast and helped us understand the products and to find out if is a good fit or not.
Cons
- It made no sense that they rather lose a customer totally than provide a discount so that to me suggested bad business and support in the future.
- It’s hard to edit email Templates and landing pages.
- As this software is packed full with features, it can be quite confusing to use it for the first time, and to choose the correct tool that i need to running the project objective that i has planned.
