I've never had any problems using the software.

Limos is an adequate LMS which can track SCORM and xAPI compliant content.

I like the ease of use and the ability to design and generate quick reports. Customer service is pretty good too.

We've gone through several LMS platforms and Litmos has been the best one so far, despite its shortcomings on the user interface side.

Customer support is amazing and super responsive. The platform is user and mobile  friendly and intuitive.

SAP Litmos is really amazing and easy to use, it has several language options and in app messaging platform.

Its been a great first year. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Litmos.

Litmos provides the responsive and easy to use user interface for both learner and Administrator. Role based login, custom reporting and API support makes it more powerful.

I was looking for an LMS for ILT courses and Litmos was able to deliver what they promised - a great LMS that works well for my client.

Complete lack of actual support after the first 2 weeks of implemented use, with response times on critical issues taking 24+ hours for an initial (non-automated) response.

Just like with WYSIWYG design tools, simplicity sometimes comes at a price. The knowledge-base and support team has been great to work with so far.

Litmos is a big player, though not one investing in innovation.

Their own rep telling us to do this. No email to their accounts department gets replied to ever.

The videos and quizzes all work great. I like that I can put the videos on double speed.

It is really difficult to find an issue with this software.

The best part about litmos is it's ease of use. It has a very user friendly interface.

Occasional Log in difficulties and some buttons not working.

Their LITMOS Technical Support Team is outstanding. In addition, we are using ISpring (for SCORM Conversion of our materials) and the two systems integrate seamlessly.

Allowed me to complete important training for the company on my own time, and my employer can now do some career development with this tool.

It is a great option at a great price. I've reviewed other LMS systems and this one is by far the best option for us and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an LMS solution.

This is one of the best learning systems on the web today, and the best part is it is mobile supported.

Reporting is a nightmare and often views on screen show misinformation. Reporting on Learning Paths is especially challenging.

SAP Litmos is a great LMS that works well for ILT (Instructor-Led Training) courses. You can schedule virtual training very easily.

Depending on the size of your organization and budget it can be a bit costly.

Ease of use and all the features. It's also very clean lookin and the user facing page is fun and inviting.

Registration- I had hard time  registering students to Interplay. It was was countless error & glitches when students trying to login.

Short videos with quizzes allow students to spend just a few minutes a day on training and actually learn something.

Great experience interplay has made get steps to improve this program. It's a thousand times better than when i first began.

Ease of use for myself and grading the students.

This is a great resource for training up new hires and provides nice refreshers for our other tenured staff.

Overall the software is easy to use. I have some people who use their smartphones & work on it during the day, while others spend time with it in the evenings.

Repetition creates a habit, doing the troubleshooting helps build the right sequence and helps older techs remember to check the most common issues first.

I would like to remove points as an admin user when students are got cheating the game, ( yes they still do cheat  & they believe I am too old to catch on :).

Overall it was the best program I have found for HVAC.

The product works great and is always growing. We occasionally have issues with some of the VR streaming but have figured out with tech support how to resolve most of them.

Lots of glitches and trouble getting assistance when needed.

There is nothing I feel to be missing from specific content.

There was a gap in our usage during the recent pandemic as hiring was not at our normal pace. We have been very pleased with the program as well as the feedback and customer service.

Interplay Learning listens to your concerns and truly wants you to be happy with their product.

Load time, hard to use on a mobile device, some simulations are glitchy.

It has been a little difficult for our team to come to an understanding of how the organizational structure of the Teams works. But that is the only real hang up we've had.

Overall I think this is a very useful product and we love using it on our team.

It is great for personal development & used for performance reviews. I also like that if a user is not using the software I can reassign their seat.
