  • Pros

  • Simple and easy to use User interface - which lends its higher acceptancefeature of hyperlinks to other website is a great feature and helps in reaping benefit of collaboration also in a way.
  • Ease of use and all the features. It's also very clean lookin and the user facing page is fun and inviting.
  • It is a great option at a great price. I've reviewed other LMS systems and this one is by far the best option for us and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an LMS solution.
  • Cons

  • Depending on the size of your organization and budget it can be a bit costly.
  • For a company to change its cancellation policy without making sure subscribers receive that information through a call or a follow up email is more than unprofessional.
  • Complete lack of actual support after the first 2 weeks of implemented use, with response times on critical issues taking 24+ hours for an initial (non-automated) response.

  • Further motivation to pursue the training and hopefully the course. I want to acquire the same customer relations skills that they seem to effortlessly have and exhibit.
  • The support is quick with responses and the tutorials provided really are next-level amazing. A consistent and impressive LMS.
  • It is less cumbersome than other options, has amazing features enabling you to deliver a professional look and experience to your customers, and support is excellent.
  • Cons

  • HORRID for anyone working with a few helpers... they want to rape you on fees for additional admins. Can't remove/archive past offerings.
  • The price they were asking for was not convincing anymore. Slowly and slowly I lost interest.
  • It is a little confusing to get started, but once you are up and running you realize that you were just nervous to create the course in the first place.
