This software is excellent value for money with lots of features forming part of the core package.

Was pleasantly surprised by the product with good clean dashboards and very easy to use. Worth watching over the next year as it further develops its workflow capability.

Never be afraid to ask - there really is no such thing as a silly question. Don't let the software's simplicity fool you - it's a comprehensive package, all round solution.

An easy to use tool, but lots of hidden features and seems quite manual.

Smooth onboarding process. Our POC from Cezanne was amazing and extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of onboarding.

It takes time to become familiar with the system. Cezanne doesn't provide instruction manual as a handout so it is difficult for most users.

Challenging getting going - needed a more analytical and directive approach. Post implementation has been really good.

An adequate HR website that suffers from many minor issues.

The support team are helpful and friendly, and the Help Centre is detailed. There is also a feature for you to raise ideas for future development.

It has been absolutely fantastic. There hasn’t been a single case when I was not able to receive a solution to my questions.

We started with around 120 employees when we first integrated Cezanne, and that number has now more than doubled.

It is user friendly and generally intuitive but with support available when needed. The pricing structure is fair, with low inital set-up costs and a subscription model which is good value for us.

Starting out with the performance module and so far so good and it’s a lot easier to use than our old, paper system.

The portal is made up of many features that, month after month, have been integrated and improved, also in function of what each customer may want.

We have also uploaded the hard copy contents of over half our employee files and still, there has been no drop in performance.

We have recently switched to using Cezanne On Demand as our HR software.

When an import fails, the error messages are not clear and sometimes you have to raise a support ticket to understand what the error message means.

Sometimes I am quite confused with the multiple options.

Sometimes there's the lack of scheduling notification through emails to users.

Customer service has been good through the support system.

Cezanne HR is really easy to use, with access to most HR necessities. All of our companies information and personal information is listed in one place for ease of access.

This is a good reminder about the importance of posture, movement etc when working at a desk.

I am facing that some of slides are not always open directly and some time broken. It is also makes some information old practices.

The ease of use to set up for the business was a great advantage to using the third-party software. Clear and concise menu layout - a very uncluttered dashboard and the suits me just fine.

The course content can be very tedious to work through and although the content is very informative, it's presented in a very dry format making it very dull.

While I was doing the final test, my cat jumped on the screen. This stopped the test and when I tried to return, the software tried to make me do ALL the videos again.

Its been a great experience and I would recommend it to any company.

We missed the lack of specific regulation for some of our geographies.

Overall the experience has been positive. We have regular check-ins with our account manager to review our subscription, and they regularly review and update the content on offer.

Ease of use - Very well laid out / like being able to go back if you needed to check up on information - saves time going to head office to attend training -so cost efficient.
