  • Pros

  • Very good from investigating our options to implementation all interaction with the team is positive.
  • It's extremely user friendly and easy to navigate; integrates with our other systems and offers interactive opportunities for teams to communicate with each other and their manager.
  • All new starters are highly impressed with the professionalism of the system. Customer service from Cognology is very responsive.
  • Cons

  • Exceptional, I am just regretful that I did not start using this software earlier.
  • Sign off process is a little confusing. Folder management is also a bit clunky.
  • We had some initial problems when setting up the system, however these were taken into account and often addressed in the next upgrade.

  • I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
  • The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.
  • Software is very straight forward and easy to use. Customer Service is fantastic and one huge benefit why we stay.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
  • Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
  • Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
