Having such a strong support team has been invaluable in ensuring we can use the LMS effectively and efficiently.One of the things we loved about Collaborator is the variety of quiz types it offers (a lot of variations and forms of questions and answers and a sufficient limit for uploading videos). This keeps our learners engaged and motivated while also allowing us to assess their understanding of the material in multiple ways. The Collaborator team has also been fantastic in developing new features for us, demonstrating their commitment to continuously improving the user experience.

Functionality is good and extended, but trainers and users found it not very user-friendly. The following points can be improved:- the course library is not very easy to use, it lacked structure- a slightly complicated editor\builder of courses - it was not possible to configure email reminders only for certain groups of people- it was not possible to create rooms for online training sessions- Assign courses function - must be done via html- The mobile version is not user-friendly or doesn't exist (the user could not open it)- Area for improvement - to automate processes (a lot of manual work). In other LMS, this is automated (for example, the 'Assign courses' function)- In general, not very user-friendly interface, UI/UX design.
