A powerful LMS with lots of integration points, catalogue customisation but room to improve.

The learning management system is very simple and easy to use. It is highly customizable.

Administrative side can be tricky, but isn't it always. It's difficult to figure out how to get the most out of the HR systems integration.

They instead said, too bad you're on a 3 year contract and we will sue you if you don't pay. We have over 5 months of implementation and the software does absolutely nothing for us.

The new reporting feature is very promising, intuitive and easy to use. There are many options and combinations that can be used, to allow you to use your data better.

WebEx/VILT integration is good. A fairly high degree of customisation is available for web pages/custom pages etc.

Complete lack of plugins or extra functionalities.

Reporting - love the recently updated reporting 2.0. Performance Evaluations, very smooth process and easy to account for multiple steps and calibration.

Also, the reporting capabilities are great and there are a number of reports you can generate to analyze how the system is being utilized.

Their integration with WebEx for vILT just broke last year and it took them 8-10 months to patch it.

Cornerstone is easy to learn, user friendly, clinic friendly and integrated well with labs.

Very, very sluggish, in time response and workflow. Not intuitive, every time we make a course, we also need to make a PDF manual for the users, unbelievable.

We are currently using the LMS side of it, and it has been amazing. Our employees love it and have voiced many times the simplicity of it, versus our older system.

We build courses and assign all learning to every employee. We love the reporting function and constant updates.

Well developed and supported LMS. Could not be more pleased with the Cornerstone offering.

The fact that we are able to track candidates source is crucial to our business and supports our budgeting strategy really well.

Overall the experience has been good and we are happy with the recruitment solution we have in place.

Ease of use from an admin point of view. I also like how creative you can get with custom pages.

Also, you can drag and drop questions in whatever order you want them to be. The tool is limited and needs to be upgraded for easier use.

Versioning content and their associated assignments in Cornerstone is very confusing, and I often make mistakes that cannot be reversed.

End users complain that it is too big and too hard for them to navigate.

Cornerstone is very powerful. It has all of the advanced functions we need for a large and complex organization.

And having my certificates in one place is good too. Also like being able to download a roster copy.

I strongly recommend this LMS product to any org seeking to adopt the best LMS on the market.

We have been pleased with the ability to consolidate our learning offerings/tracking and the ability to automate our assignments and emails.

My overall experience with Cornerstone OnDemand has been excellent. I appreciate the training resources, success center and how they push for users/clients to become experts and work with their peers.

The worst experience I have ever had with a software or company.

Our implementation was really rough and caused a lot of stress and rework. There are areas of the system that are inconsistent or have design flaws that haven't gotten the priority they need yet.

Cornerstone offers a large base of resources to use and learn the system. Not only is it user friendly for employees, but also allows for ease of tracking training from an admin perspective.

It was not all that intuitive to use. I am not the most technically minded person, and I really struggled to get things set up in this system.

Could be difficult to admin for new users to an LMS.

Excellent- we are consistently improving automation and reporting, and continue to win national training awards with CSOD in the background.

In addition to the useful functionality within the Learning Cloud, CSOD's client support team has been outstanding.

And if there is something that I DO need help with, the customer support from Cornerstone is OUTSTANDING.

I have often gotten the odd look and the blow off when I expressed my need for assistance in this area.

No prior administration or IT experience was necessary.

There are so many other options out there that are much more cost-effective. Once you pick an LMS it is hard to change down the road.

I appreciate the training team, support team, client success, and the product team who go above and beyond to respond quickly to client needs.

Like any LMS you want to do your due diligence and see if it fits within your budget and meets your individual criteria.

Great implementation experience, the customer success center is top notch, and the ease of use is there for the end-user.

Reporting in the system can be confusing and clunky.

Overall experience with Cornerstone On Demand is very good and positive. It has a positive impact on the Return on Investment and meets most of the business objectives.

I love the integrated Cornerstone suite of products for ease of use with system management.

Edsby offers a very successful communication tool to schools. Edsby links, Administrators, Teachers, Students and Parents with day to day knowledge of the academic and personal progress of students.

I mainly use Edsby for it's gradebook and report card features. I find it very easy to work with and like to it auto-saves information that is input.

The customer support is fantastic. The product is NOT fantastic.

What I like most about Edsby is the ease of use for teachers and students.

Even though Edsby has a file management system, I can easily integrate Google Drive and other tools within it.

Good features, mostly intuitive and easy to use. Mostly timely and responsive customer service.

It is easy to use and yet has depth which allows our savvy teachers to continue to discover and share features.

The best part about Edsby is all the amazing features it includes.

Edsby allows us to centralize all learning-related communication into one management system quite effectively.

Great investment and a robust tool. Easy to use for the social media savvy.

What I liked least was how often the site would crash. It was very hard to use because it loaded when it wanted to.

I love the fact that I can have students write a self-correcting quiz that automatically shows up in the Gradebook module.

Generally intuitive and clear. Student and parent contact info is easy to find.

And there are NO UNDO options. On many screens where an information bubble pops up - it remains there no matter what is clicked on and you have to reload the page to make it go away.

I would highly recommend this tool to other schools for its features and ease of use.

I like the features that allow me and my students to communicate feedback and check progress of activiites.

Edsby has benefited our school community in that it's a great communication tool.

I enjoy the way a class is organized in different subjects and how teachers can be co-administrators.

Strong communication tool for our kids/teachers. During Covid-19, this has been especially helpful.

The concept is wonderful if it could be executed correctly. It did the job for a few months but we had to change programs to save both teachers and parents sanity.

I have to delete auto-posted files from the feed that end up in the library otherwise it will become quickly over-run, confusing and ineffective as a communicative tool.

If students or teachers are registered for multiple classes, there is no way to pin, prioritize or re-organize the order of classes, either for yourself or for your students.

Designed with Ontario curriculum in mind which makes it more responsive to our local needs. It is  user friendly and parents seem to enjoy the communication options.

This reduces the costs of time and resources of the front office staff of looking up the student's data / progress and keeping paper copies of records for years beyond.
