  • This has been great to consolidate our multiple vendors into one platform. Easy to use, great support help.
  • The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.

  • The implementation team did a terrible job setting up the software for our company.
  • Implementation struggles and lack of cohesion between product team and implementation team.

  • With the ability to assign training to individuals, or entire regions with a few clicks of a mouse is great. The Mindflash reporting capabilities are very good and easy to use.
  • If you are looking to rid yourself of paper rosters and manual entry of training records via a useful video training tool, MindFlash will work for you.
  • Cons

  • I am sitting here trying to think of a negative and I cannot.
  • Sometimes the searching for a video or module can be frustrating if you dont type in correctly.
