What I like most about the software is the Integrated modules.

What I love most about Dayforce is its ability to integrate payroll, benefits, talent management and other HR related features into a single easy to use software.

It is cloud based which makes is highly desirable during the pandemic. Customer support is also very helpful.

The best thing about dayforce is how easy it is to clock in and out. I like that I can access my detailed payroll history and print paystubs.

The interface of DayForce is pretty with the calming colours and solid organization. It displays information easily and intuitively, a useful application or all employees.

Customizable, like that it is all connected, like schedules and timesheets, like self-serve options for employeees.

The cost effectiveness versus any other Payroll software out there, plus the ease of implementing in other countries, since we are a Global company. The software is easy to use and almost intuitive.

Implementation has been incredibly frustrating, and there are several features that cannot work the way they should.

The controls and menus, especially for end users, were vast and difficult to navigate. The learning curve was steep, and I found customer service on the slow side.

I use the recruiting module a lot and I really like it. I love the talent management pool and how easy it is to use and send resumes.

Perhaps it was a poor set-up choice by the IT management, but it left a questionable taste in my mouth for Dayforce.

I like our older system, TimeForce by Qquest much better. It was much more user friendly.

Interconnectivity between full suite of modules and ability to connect and integration with other systems.

One of the things I dislike is that you're not able to change your availability yourself, managers have to do it. It also doesn't alert you about schedules being posted.

Ve had a great experience so far and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for this kind of software for their business.

How it organizes somethings is hard to understand when searching.

The only problems I have had is when it comes to technical support for the back end of the system, like API's.

The only issue with the software is that there is no one stop shopping.

I have recommended this software numerous times without reservation. Our company also won the prestigious North Dakota Petroleum Council award based on the use of technology in safety.

Lastly, the customer service at iScout is amazing. Out of all the software we use, they by far offer the highest level of customer service and go out of there way to meet your needs.

Right now you have to select one and then go back in to select another. That is really the only negative I could come up with.

The ability for all employees to have access to necessary forms at their fingertips at a reasonable cost makes IScout invaluable to us. The ease of navigation fits even the most untrained persons.

Overall Safety Management System. Great value for the money.

Overall the experience with iScout has been great because you can literally do anything you want with the program.

I have yet to really run into an issue with iscout that is something that negative to remember.

Reports can be hard to build until the format has been learned.

The best feature is that all of our safety policies, procedures and guidelines as well as a host of other information is accessible to every employee, anywhere via their smart phone.

Lack of analysis Options. I had to make a form to make a task since the system is geared towards completing forms, rather than completing tasks.

The customizability of iScout is one of the greatest aspects of the platform.

The app for phone is very easy to use. 20 training is a very nice asset as well.

This gives me peace of mind and helps me manage my business with little effort.

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to customize to fit my needs and operations. The ability to adapt the application has allowed me to perform tasks not imagined by the developers.
