I own a small business in Chicago, Illinois. I learned that the State passed a law in 2020 that requires sexual harassment training for all businesses, regardless of size or status (ie full-time v part-time) of employees. I never had to provide this type of training for my employees before and with COVID-19 I was not sure what to do. I did a Google search and came across EasyLlama. Game changer. It was so easy to use. I quickly added my employees and myself and assigned them the appropriate training (employee v. supervisor). My team and I completed the required in less than 3 days, at our own pace. I will definitely recommend EasyLlama and plan to use it again as I onboard more employees.

I do not have anything to compare EasyLlama to. It was easy to use and fulfilled the State's requirements to provide sexual harassment to employees of my company. They did send me an offer for HIPAA training, but it did not apply to my business.

We needed to get all of our employees qualified and trained with the State of Illinois Sexual Harassments Mandated Training by December 31, 2020.

The features as far as setting up the portal to email the individual employees to take the seminars was effortless! I called the support number and they were very helpful.

The integration to our existing list of employees in our ADP portal was challenging. But in the end Easy Llama had a solution.

Overall experience has been great with the company, but I wish they were quicker to update the product.

Easy to assign to employees and it is all tracked for you.

The changing landscape of COVID is constant, and the return to the office training needs an update.

Easy Llama allowed us to easily refresh our training content while keeping the same system. This has allowed employees to experience no change on their end!Their trainings are great to begin with, but then EasyLlama allows you to work with their content team to customize anything you want - which is very appealing to us. Training compliance is high and easily tracked both on our platform, as well as EasyLlama's dashboard as a second check.

I can't speak highly enough of EasyLlama. We had a short window to switch from our existing vendor to our new vendor, and EasyLlama made the transition so easy from start to finish. Their content is uploadable to our existing platform. Their dashboard is easy to use. They are super responsive and quick to resolve any questions/issues. And everything is full customizable, which is unique. Highly recommend!!

Easy Llama has been amazing!! We honestly have no complaints on our end. Anything we've wanted changed, our awesome rep has been able to work with the content team or connect us with them directly to change.

Utilizing easy llama for HR training for people who are not computer savvy actually worked quite well. I love the way once we entered everybody in it tractor volunteers tracked where they were when it came to training tracked whether or not they completed things. It was amazing after years of struggling with getting harassment training completed. This was a great tool for us to save time and energy for all.

Most of the difficulties I had with the product were because I am disabled, not because of the product. Whenever I called customer service they were amazing and got back to me on the same day. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing.

Our business has operations all over the country so there are several specific Harassment Prevention requirements based on the state people work in. Easy Llama has developed state specific content where needed, which is a huge benefit!

Easy Llama is so easy to use and understand as an administrator. I love that it lets us know the renewal date for ongoing learning, that you can easily send reminders through the system or copy a link if you need to send an email. The Harassment Prevention content stays up to date with current issues so it's slightly different from year to year which makes it easier to engage with.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this product. We haven't tried uploading any of our own content - it would be great if there was that feature.

We were able to comply with regulations without putting a burden on me, the HR Manager. The customer service was also very responsive when I reached out to them.

I really appreciated how easy the setup process was. I just needed to figure out who needed to be certified, purchase the appropriate number of courses and then assign them. The program did all the work for me of tracking everyone and letting me know where the employees were in the process. I like the ability to reassign due dates when that's appropriate. I am also able to send reminders to employees that come from the system and it looks less like I'm the one nagging them. ;-)

I didn't really have any issues. Perhaps it would be beneficial to some, if each course taker set up their own profile to get back into the course. I reminded everyone to keep their invitation email in order to re-access their course if they don't finish it all in one setting.

Sexual Harassment Prevention is a mandatory training and Easy Llama has taken care of this for me by researching the laws of each state for me. They put the training together so I don't have to spend hours or weeks on trying to learn the various ins and outs of putting this type of thing together for presentation.

I work for a startup company and I wear multiple hats at this stage of the game. Anything that I can use to make my job easier is a benefit. I believe the Llama character helps make this easy on the eyes too. We were at a company outing, and I heard employees talking about the "mascots" of two of the products used by us and how they enjoyed them. Of course, the llama was one of the two mentioned. Easy llama makes keeping track of who has completed which training very easy. Easy Llama sends training reminders and sends me a weekly report of what is happening with my employees. I also like that a certificate is produced at the end of each employee's completion of their training. This certificate is downloadable, which is great too. Let's face it, any training that you do not have to put together, ensure you are up to date on the laws of each state that remote employees reside in, will make your life easier. Employees can do this at their leisure, you do not have to work around anyone's schedule, and you do not have to "be the trainer".

I seriously cannot think of any downside to this product. It might be fun if the Llama was given a voice

From researching the service to implementing the training, it has been a smooth process. No concerns or disappointments.

The ease to set up and track the training for all our employees. It literally takes 2 minutes to send an invite to a new hire to complete their sexual harassment training. I can then see at any time if someone has started or completed their training.

Honestly, I do not have any dislikes. The videos are updated, cover the legal requirements, and retained my attention.

We are currently using East Llama for Anti-Harassment training. The course content is easy to understand and is very relevant.

Easy Llama has a variety of courses to select from. It is very easy to use from an administrative standpoint. The course content is very relative and up to date.

I would like to be able to provide logins and passwords to participants at my level. This is not a big hinderance.

Some of the training is too long -HIPAA. It could be shortened and still provide the training needed.

We didn't have any issue, we worked with IT and let them know this was coming so nothing went to SPAM or junk mailboxes.

We've used two different softwares; Sexual Harassment/Discrimination and the DS&I. It's nice as people can do the training in sections due to their schedules and pick right up where they left off. People used their laptops and even their mobile devices. It's completely flexible.

No major complaints at this point. I'd have preferred to do it live yet with time and COVID constraints, this was the next best thing!

This was a easy solution as our company continues to grow to fulfill state requirements with training. We felt so confident in this program that we offered it to those who were not required to do training

This product was very easy to set up as an administrator for our employees. It was easy to track and send reminders to the employees. I was able to create our own deadlines of when training needed to be completed. Very user friendly! As someone who also took the training, very simple to use and easy to understand.

We use Easy Llama to HIPAA train our workforce. It is a reasonable, quick option for training multiple employees.

Easy Llama has an accessible interface and is easy to use.

We love the modern content and format of the compliance trainings they offer. Way better than your typical boring, awkward training videos. Never received so many compliments from employees about compliance training before! Also easy to use from both a user and an admin perspective.

Very easy to use! And easy for the admin to track progress

We have 2 new employees but I have to buy a minimum of 5 credits at a time. So, my 2 new employees are non-compliant at the moment. Wish I could just buy credits when we hire someone new so they can complete training. Buying 5 credits at a time is half of my staff since we are a small office.

EasyLlama is easy to set-up, easy to use, and inexpensive. We love the fact that you can stop after a certain time and then come back and pick-up where you left off. It was great for our busy attorneys and paralegals.

It is so easy to purchase, assign, and keep up. Really mainstreamed and the least boring HIPAA teaining I’ve ever taken and also given my staff.

Cons I do wish there were more courses for mental health specifically.

I will refer other colleagues to this software for this type of training.

All of my staff commented on how easy it was to use and loved the way the lessons were demonstrated in "real time" scenarios. Otherwise, it would have been very dry and boring.

There really wasn't anything that I (we) didn't like.
