Overall, this software is user friendly and has basic features for online courses so for the price I believe it is a good value.

We've been able to customize many parts of the software to suit our needs and to allow faculty freedom in the course process use the aspects that best fit their teaching methods.

I think this software needs an update. There is no customization for the user.

It is great if you have a lower budget and are trying to get a good LMS implemented. From an administrative standpoint, it is very easy to see login history for users.

If someone sends you an email from within 360, you have to go through 360 to respond to the email. It is cumbersome and inconvenient.
